Riley Park Maternity Clinic

I am torn in terms of this review - in many respects, I’ve enjoyed the experience at the clinic during my prenatal visits. I also found the resources they offer extremely helpful. But, as of right now, I have been waiting for over 45 minutes for my lactation appointment with a starving baby. I recognize that scheduling can be challenging, but this complete lack of respect for my time and my baby’s feeding schedule is completely unacceptable. If someone had come in to let me know that the doctor is running behind, I would at least be understanding of the delay. But, we are now approaching an hour past our scheduled appointment time and it’s completely unacceptable.

I had a wonderful experience with this clinic and wonderful memories. I loved all the doctors there, they were caring, professional, and empathetic. The nurses were great and the front desk staff too.

My sincere gratitude especially for Dr. Zwiers and Dr. Alex who delivered my two children. I’ll always remember you ️

The breastfeeding clinic is amazing! Baby and I had lots of issues, so we ended up going to the clinic many times for the first two months postpartum. The staff and doctors were always attentive, compassionate, and helpful. Thank you for all your work and kindess during a difficult time for me!
