This mall is so frustrating to enter and leave with your vehicle, very poor planning of roadways and lights. Took me 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot from Costco.

Busy and hard to get around the parking lot. Good options for stores plus Costco and HMart.

A wide assortment of stores available to meet most daily needs, dampened by a horrific layout and road planning.

If you have ever been up there, you know how much of a disaster it is. Poorly laid out and badly planned for the amount of traffic that the area receives. It was built for the population of Nolan and Sage Hill. The problem is that there's still 4 other communities that also need/like the convenience of shopping there, and 4 others already existed before that place was developed. The stores are good, and there's a decent amount of shopping selection up there. Getting around is just a pain. Keep your head on a swivel, and avoid the Costco up there. Trust me, it's worth the effort to go up to the Balzac Costco.

This shopping mall is the pinnacle of incompetent design. It is a Taj Mahal for how to route traffic flow for maximal congestion and unparalleled frustration. The indifference or incompetence of the architects and designers who created this mall should awarded because it takes real commitment and to not just bad make some that is terrible—but to truly accomplish the title of Worst Ever. Not only is an homage to soulless parking lots, not only is the layout perfectly designed so that walking between store is impractical and literally dangerous requiring driving—but they shoe-horned a massive Costco in the back of the property that pulls in thousands of cars along single lane mazes thru four way stops. So bad is it that a literal back alley has become a primary roadway in and out. A back alley BTW which the designers must gleefully laugh has an incredibly nice views north from its perch. Why was that alley not a park for guest of the mall in the design? Because that would’ve been thoughtful and mindful and these property owners and their architects were relentless in their pursuit of wasteful, ineffective, ugly, and torturous to all who visited their location.

Other than being poorly laid put and putting the busiest shore at the back, it's not to bad.

Nice open mall. You can find Costco, Canadian tire, Home Depot, Bricks, Winners, Homesense, Best Buy, Sport check and many banks there at one place. Also Nice food options for shoppers. There are many other options. Besides this mall there are Beacon Heights. The only thing this mall is missing is Tim Hortons.
