Ripples and Waves Doula Services

Hailey's postpartum support has been invaluable to us! At about 3 weeks after birth, I found myself in what you would call 'postpartum depression'. I wasn't prepared for that at all, since I couldn't imagine finding myself in such a state of exhaustion and dependent on help. Without having my family close by, a postpartum doula has been life-saving for me! At first I didn't even really know what kind of help I needed, but Hailey knew:) and she jumped right in. I felt quite vulnerable and embarrassed having a helper come into my house, but Hailey made me feel comfortable. She had right energy and the right touch.
I highly recommend especially to new mothers to take advantage of this amazing service! It's amazing to have someone by your side who knows exactly what you need during this crazy and lovely time after a new baby came into your life. Thank you so much from Mama, Papa, and Baby <3
