Went in the last couple Wednesdays to see Dr. Chris when my back got all kinked up somehow. He was able to get me back up to speed and gave me some good stretches and strengthening exercises to help with the underlying problem. Quick, courteous and friendly. Will definitely see him again.

I have had such a positive experience at Risen Health, they really understand the benefits of a global approach to health. I see Alesha for massage therapy, and she is amazing in the fact that while she is trying to correct my pain, she is teaching me about the problem areas, how they might have occurred, what she is actively doing to address the issue, and what I can continue doing for management at home. I have also been to Dr. Chris for Chiropractic care, and it is evident that he is very knowledgeable in his field, and he recommended that I speak to the resident Physiotherapist at the clinic, Anjali, who has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr. Acaster is friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I like how he explained his assessment while he was diagnosing my injury; and, what to expect from shock wave therapy and what it does. I left the office feeling well looked after. Also receptionist friendly and helpful.

Dr. Acaster is really good. He goes through all the possibilities with you before he begins, and then he works magic! Really good bedside manner and great medical professional.

Dr. Lindy is also fantastic, really puts you at ease.

And I haven't had a bad massage yet from any of their massage therapists!

Had my first apt.with Dr. Chris and wow! I have seen the same chiropractor for 12 years and was sick of driving to the city to see him, I will never go back, best chiropractor I have ever seen. He took his time, did a thorough assessment and wasn’t quick to just crack and move on he fixed issues I didn’t even know we’re there. Left the office feeling like I was floating on a cloud.

I hurt my back on Monday and was able to book in very quickly to have chiro done Tuesday evening and a massage Wednesday afternoon! I’m feeling so much better and would recommend to Chris and Deanna to any of my friends and family!

This was my first visit with Dr. Chris (chiropractor) and he is great. Explained everything to me prior to doing any treatment and gave me some exercises to do at home. When I left I felt a lot better and looking forward to my follow-up appointment. I highly recommend.

Having recently moved to Spruce Grove from Calgary, I am thrilled to have found Risen Health. I have used Massage, Physio and most recently Chiro services and can only say how thankful I am that all staff take the time to understand the reasons for treatment, and truly care about you as a person. Easy to make appointments, and the possibility to be set on the cancellation list. Lovely caring folks at reception to boot. Ten stars out of 5!

I had my initial appointment with Chris today and can honestly say that he has changed my mind about the true benefits of chiro in just one session.
I have had chronic pain for over a decade that I have tried anything and everything to alleviate to no avail.
After my first session I felt relief that I have never experienced from previous chiropractic visits at other offices over the years.

Today was my first time in physio. My experience at Risen was fantastic. My physio therapist Anjali was very informative and gave me a sense of encouragement through healing exercises and rehabilitation.

Nigel (acupuncture) and Anjali (physio) saw me every couple of days when I injured a muscle in my leg and really sped up the healing process! They were both so knowledgeable and caring and I am so grateful for everything they both did to help me.

I love coming to Risen health for my chiropractic care, the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. I followed Dr. Acaster here from another clinic and can confidently say he provides outstanding care. I have been seeing him for about a year now and he has significantly improved my overall physical pain. If you're seeking chiropractic care I would highly recommend him.

Risen Health helped me with a work related injury. I came to them in intense pain and they assisted in easing it back to normal. I am happy to recommend this place to anyone considering going. It was a long path but they helped every step of the way.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lindy Wilde for acupuncture for years and she is outstanding! I have had a series of sports related injuries and she always knows how to treat them. I’ve seen significant improvements in my knees, neck pain and stress. I love the clinic it’s so clean and modern. 10/10 would recommend!

Love coming to this place because of the friendliness of everyone. Very laid back and great background music. My whole family comes here to get our massages, chiropractor, acupuncture and physio and they always do an excellent job.

Went for acupuncture to relieve lower back pain from a recent snowboarding crash. Dr. Wilde was fantastic! She is knowledgeable and precise. I felt good as new the next day. The clinic itself is right off the Yellowhead and a short drive from Edmonton/ St. Albert. Also they direct bill. I will be back!
