I can not say enough good things about Sydney and her class. She is super personable, knowledgeable and is a great teacher. If you are looking to have your first aid renewed or as a first time she is awesome to work with! If I could have added more than 5 stars I would have!

She was very approachable and routinely ensured that everyone understood and felt comfortable both in the theoretical and practical components.

The hands-on training was great putting what we learned to practice in simulated scenarios. The instructor provided personalized feedback and guidance, ensuring the class left feeling confident in the techniques, and able to think and act tactfully in a real life emergency.
