I sent an email with a dimensioned photo requesting a quote to build a replacement gate. 3 days later, no word so I phoned. A gruff person tells me they stopped doing residential quotes until spring. I would have appreciated a short professional note to that effect rather than me, the customer, chasing down for an answer. If this is how they work. I'd avoid them.

Zero Customer Service! They simply don't care. Called yesterday to try and get a quote. They said they would return my call but didn't. Same thing today. Two full days wasted when I could have started my project. Be smart and choose another supplier.

Kevin gave me a quick quote on my double gate and had it manufactured in a couple of days. Friendly professional staff, great experience.

We fenced in a compound with material from Rite-Way and their support was really helpful. The guy I dealt with retired now but they still help out with whatever I need.

They were the first ones to get back to me on a price for my fence, it was competitive and I was happy with the service. They shorted me on one part that was essential to finish the fence, so the sales man came right out to the job site to deliver it for me on his day off! I was very impressed.
