Ritz Cafe & Motor Inn

Hands down the breakfast was stellar not what I expected at all. I have driven by this location for over 20 plus years and I finally had the pleaure of eating here. The food was delicous with huge portions and the service from the stsff was wonderfull friendly and hospitable! Definetly recomend the Ritz Cafe, with its easy access off the highway.

The service has been horrible, the rooms were not clean and the hair in the bathtub plus the toothpaste spit on the sink was not welcoming. If we did. Not spend a long day outdoors I would have left but it was late by the time we checked in.the worst part is we this place was recommended to us to stay and eat here.

Although we paid cash, we were not serviced adequately because of their technical issues with their systems.

Breakfast took an hour, then they got our order wrong due to their system again.

I would NOT USE a credit card here!

VLTs in the lounge paid great last night so it wasn’t a total loss

Food has always been great service has always been great restaurant needs some updating but if they keep the prices down worth the price and stop

Hot breakfast is so good, I really like it, service was nice, just for sleeping.rooms are enough

My 91 yr old Grandpa took us here, great place to eat in White Court with friendly fast service as well as large servings for a great price.

I recently visited Ritz Cafe, and I had a wonderful experience. I went with my husband, and we ordered the pancake breakfast (which is served all day) and the bacon cheeseburger meal. I would like to mention that the restaurant is perfect for family gatherings and the food, which is quite delicious and authentic, doesn't cost a bomb. The place is surely worth a try!  We we're moving and had ling trailers and they had plenty of parking if needed. We didn't use the hotel, but if the customer service is anything like the restaurant, I'm sure it's worth it for a night of sleep.

Excellent waitress, checking on us frequently for drinks and food.very friendly staff, Food was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

It’s a hidden gem for sure. We traveled from Grande Prairie and decided to stay one night at whitecourt instead of Edmonton. The room is decent, clean and quiet with enough of space for a dog and a infant.
The breakfast was definitely a WOW. The BEST PANCAKE EVER. The room price with a complimentary breakfast like this was a shocked for us! Couldn’t believe to have a nice breakfast as complimentary. We will definitely come back.

For about $80 this is a very decent motel. My room was clean and smelt of soap or cleaning supplies.

The rooms are more then passable. Small washrooms. But everything works and is clean. This place is a win.

Id stay here again if need be.

Place is a dump. The owners/staff obviously do not care. The exterior door to my room had a gap so large you could see light through it. Both the smoke detector and bathroom vent fan were each dangling 8” from the ceiling/wall by wires. The floor was dirty and had not been cleaned as I could feel the sand/gravel under my bare feet when preparing for bed. The shower curtain rod was broken and sagging so bad I didn’t shower for fear if I touched it that it would fall off the wall. The foam blanket on the bed was beginning to disintegrate. Upon checkout the next morning I told the desk clerk about the condition of the room and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “sorry”.
I declined to eat breakfast fearing that if they cannot clean the sleeping rooms I have to assume the kitchen is filthy as well.

Didn't stay there. Went here for breakfast and it was great. I know it doesn't look like much but great breakfast restaurant

Room was not cleaned, and a little run down. Everything was functional though. The shower valve was a little tricky to get to a good temp. There was ice in front of my room door that was very slick. The staff gave me some ice melt to use, but I had to do it myself. All in all though the rooms were comfy and the price is very decent. If you are fussy about little things, you probably won't like this place. I you want functional and cheap, it's a great place. The free breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic to. The hash brown patties were phenomenal.

Food is great stopped in for breakfast with a couple old Ukrainian Dudes for Breakfast thats all they talked about when we get to the bottom of the hill its on the left going west had bacon, eggs over easy, hashbrowns toast endless coffee busy place these places do not exist anymore so if you get a chance stop at the Ritz Cafe FOODS FKN GREAT was full until supper YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED
