It is a very clean and secured place to stay. Friendly personnel, very professional, and taking good care to their tenants especially Gie, she always did an excellent job. I appreciate her positive attitude.

Shanelle was very helpful to us before, during move in and until now. If we have any concerns, she is quick to assist us. Also, big thanks to JP for assisting us with our ordered items online.
Lastly, I appreciate Ate Gie’s hard work in maintaining the cleanliness of the building. She is also very kind and even checked us if we need help with something.

Jeaphie was so nice and completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service and pheabie as well

The building is clean and tidy. It’s the best place to live. Place is secure and safe. Maintenance is 24/7.team members are excellent and very caring to the tenants. I would like to commend Phobie & JP for keeping the place clean at all times.

River Park Glen is wonderful place to live. Apartment so neat and clean. Cleaning staffs especially Lucy is nice in doing work.

River park Glen & condominium, is home to me. It is comfortable, relaxing, quiet, well maintained, clean and peaceful place i always longing, to come to, after my days work or if out of town. All staffs are very professional and eager to help out of any problems. The staff find ways to solve all problems being brought right away. I recommend River park Glen to new people that just come to Fortmcmurray or resident in fort McMurray to try them out

Ever since arriving to River Park Glen, Lucy has been a bright face to our family's day. Everyday, with a smile on her face, she greets us and wishes us a great day. Moreover, she's a hardworking and diligent worker. Her dedication to ensuring the cleanliness of the building makes her stand out among others that we've met, as its admirable how she takes pride in her work. All in all, due to Lucy's positive attitude towards her work and others, she has ensured that our apartment building is not just impeccably clean, but also a welcoming and enjoyable place to live.

Cleaning and maintenance staff is great.

Security on the other hand is the worst.

The office want to get you to sign the lease by offering benefits that they never fulfil.

When reported on failing plumbing i am still waiting on any response after months.

And don't mistake it for No Smoking premise, its not.

Very friendly staff, spatially the cleaning service Lucy she is very friendly hard work, all ways greets the residents good to have her in our community residence, also Judy and Ashly at the office very kind and good customer service, I have been hear over 6 years no complaining the service

Really great cleaning service done by the staff especially Lucy and Aris, very friendly as well.

Not a good house to live in, and the elevator is always broken.will do it today tomorrow it's broken again. The headache is the cost of what you pay monthly of $1,450, and you are not satisfied with their services. You have to use stairways going up and down.

I Like The Place Especially That We Are Able To Access The Gym. Service Is Top Notch On All ThE Requests. I Appreciate The Manager juddylen for all the help and service.

Incredibly friendly and helpful office staff and such a wonderful area to live in! The view of the Athabasca River is stunning and the proximity to amenities is so convenient as well. Big shoutout to Judielyn Obra the assistant property manager for being her helpful self!

I’ve been here for more than 6 years, and moved in another unit with great view.

I’ve been a tenant for over 4 years and I Love it here. The staff at the front desk specially John Salvador and Judie Obra are amazing. They’re always willing to help and they respond quick to any concerns I have.

I am really enjoying my new apartment at RPG! The views are beyond compare - I’ve seen the Northern Lights from my living room window a few times this month alone! The staff (office, cleaners and security) are conscientious and very helpful. The location is a short commute for work, very close to the facilities at Mac Island and close to lovely walking trails. Happy with my choice to move in!

Tower 2 has been great cleaning staff and grounds team work hard everyday too keep the place looking good

Everyone here is very nice and it is very clean in my apartment! The neighbours are nice as well as they would hold the door open for me when I was carrying my stuff into my apartment. Overall a nice place!

Amy and the staff at river park glen were great. They were straight up with all my questions and concerns. The apartment was very nice and renovated. The walk around was excellent as they showed me all around the area so I knew how to get to my parking spot and where my parking spot was. The building itself is very clean. There are always people cleaning and renovating apartments people have moved out of. There is a great gym downstairs. They offered great insensitives and have followed through with them to this point. I’d recommend this apartment building to anyone. It is safe and they have 24 hour security and cameras everywhere. It’s walking distance to mac island park which is nice and close to the main hiway so leaving for work and coming back is quicker. When I moved in people were very friendly and would hold the door open as my hands were full of totes and boxes etc. Yup nice place.

I love my fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. I also love the location. The price is great. The building and premises are clean. The office staff are awesome and always very helpful. The gym could use a couple more machines for sure, but it gets the job done. Love it! Security do a great job as well of keeping things under control. I would definitely recommend River Park Glen for anyone looking to rent. 2 thumbs up.

Need maintenance, they have your back; Great housekeeping by staff. Walking distance to everything downtown and site busses and public transit is at the door. Macdonald Island is a hop skip and a jump. Great views. FOB entrance for security. Security staff are always available if you need them and the building is patrolled, nightly. There is a gym in the building and Mike is available for a fee for personal training.no matter what your wellness and fitness goals are. Mike will definitely get you there. His contact information is available at the front office. The property management staff are excellent and are available to assist you. There is child daycare in the building downstairs.

We’ve been living here for two years and I recommend the Upper Mews. That is a three bedroom unit with a cute layout. The bedrooms are upstairs and the living room and kitchen downstairs. It is quite, clean, and we feel pretty safe here. In the summer, it’s noisier with construction, yard work, screaming/playing kids out on the yard, and swearing neighbors. You can’t really choose your neighbors but I hear quite a lot of them swearing from Tower 2. That is not the management’s fault. Their security personnel are good and does their job. The maintenance and cleaning staff works hard, you always see them working and they are friendly too. My rent is affordable too and they offer renewal perks.

The units in Tower 1 are older with narrower hallways. The lobby is outdated. Elevator has been acting up in the last three months. The hallway near the laundry room is very narrow for moving stuff and furniture. I recommend that to area to be renovated and widened. The laundry room is at the third floor which can be busy on weekends, so I do mine on weekdays and during the day. I have 12 machines to mysel

I love the location because it’s very close to McIsland, the bridge, Borealis Park, and Snye Park which are beautiful in the summer. We walk there all the time. We can see the fireworks too.

I can only speak for Upper Mews located in between Tower 1 and 2. I think the Lower Mews are good for those with children. They have their own laundry area and the kids have a big playground.

Had requested for maintenance work and Zach went above and beyond his service. Professional, excellent customer service, gave me updates on the repair, and really made sure that everything is functioning properly. The repair men before just walks in without notice and leaves without update. The office acknowledged my requests to give me a heads up before they arrive. Zach gave me a note with the work order number and the lists of repairs that were done. I am very pleased. Thank you

Very Noisy building.
Kids are constantly running up and down the hallways banging on people's doors.
Neighbour's don't respect the noise bylaw.
My apartment has issue, with a leaking sink, my bathtub leaks into the downstairs bathroom when we shower for to long, maintained says there is nothing wrong but you can clearly see water damage on the ceiling. They are just lazy. You need a Kay fob just to be able to do basic things like doing laundry, or taking out the trash.
I would not recommend living here.

Just moving in to my new home. So far I love the space in my apartment, the large green area and the very large balcony. The man who cleans the lobby area does an amazing job hes always cleaning. The staff in the office are also amazing girls.

Got series of dissappointment for the past month here.we have extended our patience but they go from one dissapointment to another.our toilet was removed and we did not have one for almost 2 weeks.after having an emergency, fixing the room was not done for more than a month and counting. (i read another review that their room was fixed immediately after they complained and good for them.maybe ours was not since we did not complained because to our mind, they already knew about it.they are the ones who removed our toilet in the first place) i dont know if the admin and maintenance coordinate with each other about this.they should, right? Also, maintenance will enter your room without notice.it's understandable if it's an emergency but it's not.

Keep ignoring me? Alright, let see how many survey i need to put here before i got your attention.

Sent an email Sunday night to Admin about my washroom concern, Monday 8: 30 am received an email back from Maria acknowledging my concern, few minutes later Gody (technician) knock our door to check what’s going on. Didn’t even took that long Gody said it’s done. Wow, he replaced our old faucet to a new one, past and clean work. Well done. We’re been leaving here for 4 years and experienced is getting better and better.thank you guys

I move to the 4 storey building near mac island a few weeks ago to be honest i love living in here quite secured and big thumbs up to this lady cleaner who is friendly and helpful she is indeed doing an awesome job working so hard so the building will look pleasant and clean for us tenant i love the fact that they renovate the laundries this 4 storey where i live is highly recommended

I have found that the 2 people that I have dealt with have far exceed my expectations. A special thank you to Christine for all the work in getting me registered before coming up to Ft McM and getting my question/problem fixed. Also like to thank Amy for her work getting me my parking worked out.

Pre move on and move in were awesome. I love my view and I love my new place. Its peaceful and quiet with the power of the river so nearby. I prayed for a beautiful place to live and prayers do get answered. Thank you RPG

Good staff, always ready to help. A shout out to the cleaners also, they do a good job keeping the buildings clean during normal times, and the extra efforts during the pandemic. There is a lot of floor space, and it can be a challenge in the dirty, muddy seasons.

We love it here because there is a big space outside so we can walk around, and we walk out our puppy, build some snowmans. This place is very nice and have a great view from our silding door. And also we can see northern lights.

Great location (close to a lot of amenities), very quiet, very clean, and a true community feel. The staff are hardworking and very welcoming.

Clean, quiet and the premises are well-maintained. The maintenance team is very responsive and the office is easy to deal with. I love the gym and the view from my tower unit! In my opinion, it's the best address in Fort McMurray!

I had the best reception and service from Ashley and Christina, also I want to let you know, as apt 601 tower 2, we always recommend our families and friends to join with us at river park Glen residence with a cheap and clean apts, we already have 8 families and friends in river park Glen

The quietest place iv ever lived. Clean property well taken care of. Great scenery facing quiet park trail. Close to all necessary downtown shops and grocery stores. Front office staff easy to work with.

I have a issue with our washroom toilet was not filling up water in the tank. I called them about it gody the maintenance technician resolved the issue. Thank you gody happy tenant here:)

Great views, great maintenance staff, office staff is friendly and knowledgeable security except for the older gentleman is really good. Older gentleman is creepy and taking pictures of tenants and having favorites is not what security is about

Almost a year now since we move to River park Glen, we do have a good experience.the people in the office they do try their best to satisfies the Tenant. The maintenance is good they always come on time.no issue what so ever at River park Glen apartment so far. The best apartment to live in downtown is River park Glen.

This place is always clean, quiet and safe. 24 hours security surveillance they keep all surrounded area safe and secured. I like the staff at river park glen, they always there to help you. This place surrounded by some nice trees and the park with MacDonald island is just a few minutes walk from the building, the river view is amazing, this is a peaceful place to live. I loved Mac Island view specially doing at night!

Clean, Quiet and Safe Community. I’m impressed with the maintenance staff, they vacuum, steam and clean the hallways all the time. You see them everywhere and they manage the outdoors consistently too, like mowing the grass, sweeping and keeping the surroundings clean. I highly recommend the Upper mews, that’s where I live. Wide, spacious hallways. Underground parking, I don’t have to shovel around my car or scrape the ice off during Winter

Security Guard will stalk you, and scare off deliveries. Seriously go somewhere else. You do not want to become part of this man's vigilante program.

Great views, Friendly, wonderful staff. I've been here 7 years and moved 11 times for various reasons, but mostly because it didn't feel right or I had to have roommates. I'm able to afford to live by myself here and I renewed my lease for another year because I'm happy and comfortable here.

Maintenance issue is dealt with promptly. Mike, the maintenance person is very courteous and explain the maintenance of furnace filter change.

This is one of the conveniences of living in a complex where maintenance personnel is readily available.
