Our friend booked this haul for our community gathering. The employee that collected the fee and the deposit didn't bother showing up or giving instructions how to gain access to the room. Over 40 people with kids and food showed up on time and we couldn't get into the room. They were lucky because the manager forgot his office door wide open, with running computer, a cash box with cash and they only were able to unlock the door after searching the entire office for the fob. Our organizers called and emailed her multiple times the day before the event and after. She only replied couple of days later to apologize that she booked us for next weekend, when the contract and all communications had the correct date. There is no alternate contact information anywhere to contact when something like that happens. Can you imagine, you have a wedding and all your guests show up and you can access the room and you can't book anywhere else. This employee and her supervisor don't take their responsibility seriously. We are so upset that we had to cancel our trip from Edmonton and the hotel for the event. There were other families with kids that had to do the same. It was a mess. Stay away from this unreliable renter.

I have gone to a few different functions here. It has a section for a bar and accommodates about 130 people seated. Lots of parking and green space for kids to run around. Close to Carburn Park.

Good place for events, save yourself the hassle and take the bigger room!

They have the best outdoor events for the community. My kids love the food trucks and the bouncy castle. Can't wait for the Christmas party on Dec 3rd.

Great local community center, very modern and well maintained. Very professional pre school in the basement.
