Riverbend Estates

We have lived at Riverbend Estates for the past 12 years and with RentXS having taken over the building this past November, things have only got better for us and the building as a whole.

They have been putting in a lot of work in making sure the building is safe and beautiful (from upgrading the electrical in the units to working with delivery companies to have safe and secure package delivery).

Mason and the other team members are always quick to answer questions and deal with any issues that come up. They are all very polite and accommodating as they always hold the understanding that this is people's homes on top of their investment.

We are happy to keep living here as it is our home and we are very happy XS has shown they want to make this a better place than it already is. We hope to stay here for a long time to come.

Matthew, building maintenance, has been great. He always responds quickly and resolves any issues promptly. Definitely 5 star service

Riverbend Estates recently came under new ownership. Recently I have had two occasions that required the attention of Site Maintenance. Both times the response time and service were very much to my satisfaction, unlike with past concerns. Thanks Matt, your quick attention in resolving both concerns is appreciated!

Very happy with the work done by Matthew in my suite. He is prompt, courteous, and has remedied the deficiencies with obvious proficiency.
I must say that I had my doubts about my move here three years ago under the previous management. Requests went unanswered. However, my current experience experience is a world apart! Also looking forward to other restorations XS is planning.

Matthew came over same day to unclog my drain and they also replaced the faucets which I didn't ask for. Great service.
