Took my 15 year old son for dental check up and cleaning. Hygienist Carolin did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable, compassionate and went extra mile in answering all of the questions I had. She as well as Dr. Kwon even provided me with valuable information about my other son’s dental issue. I am giving 5 stars because six stars option is not available

Dr. Kim Farrell is the best Dentist that I have come across in Edmonton. Her staff is also very professional, polite and friendly. They work hard to make your every visit a great experience.

Great office located in a convenient area in Edmonton. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. I came with horrible tooth pain and Dr. Kim Ferrel and her assistant were very professional examining and providing with solutions. I felt that I was in good hands. They were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on and how to proceed from now onwards. I got educated better about tooth health and how to take care of the teeth more efficiently. Will be coming back to finish the tooth treatment. And I am definitely looking forward to working with them again.

The Riverbend dental care clinic were great. They were patient and answered any questions I had.

Riverbend family dental care is really the family dental clinic. Dr. Kim Farrell is out family dentist for almost 2 years since we moved here in Edmonton. The staff is very accommodating and supportive to the patients and even the family members.
I have young children and Dr. Farrell and her team has always extended a helping hand whenever we needed it.
Just yesterday my daughter had a toothache. Dr. Farrell had patients and was very busy, but she still took care of my child who had a cavity in her tooth. She was given the treatment she needed, and we came home with my daughter feeling lot better.
I am glad that I chose Dr. Farrell as my family dentist.

Dr. Kim Farrell and her team always do an excellent job and their communication on keeping me informed as to my oral care, progress, and what to pay attention to are outstanding!

I was in and out in 30 minutes to get my tooth fixed. The staff has always been wonderful there. The last time I was there for a cleaning they used water and not just the normal pick they use to scrape your teeth that was the best cleaning I have ever had. Keep up the great work!

I went for my first appointment here and it was fantastic. The hygienist, Carolyn, was so friendly, professional, and efficient. I am looking forward to my next cleaning.

The staff are kind, knowledgeable, caring and really helpful. Always happy and cheerful. I would highly recommend this clinic. We have been attending for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. My kids LOVE going to the dentist because of them.

I came here because of a bad experience from previous dentist, and I am blown away. Dr. Kwon and the staff genuinely care about you and your concerns, and they seem to really enjoy their profession. I feel very good about coming here for my dental needs.

Every visit has 10/10 and I have been seeing them for the last ~20 years. The entire office is professional, friendly, and accommodating! My original dentist, Dr Mah, has since retired but Dr Farrell (apologies if I misspelled) was just as great today.:)

I have been coming to this dental clinic since about 1990 when they were still on Whyte Ave. I have been happy with the services from the dentists, hygienists, and other assistants. They are good at what they do and very friendly. My wife and children have now also been coming here for their dental needs for years. I will recommend them.

Both doctors Dr Mah and Dr Farrell are excellent dentists. Their work is top notch. They are both friendly and passionate about their profession. The dentists and the staff go out of their way to make sure that client is satisfied and happy with the service they provide. I have been with Dr Mah for ten years and not once had was I unsatisfied with his work.

The staff is so polite and kind. Dr. Farrell and Orchid are the best. They really treat you well. I highly recommend this team. The girls on the desk are also awesome.
