I took my designer boots in that I thought were done but NO, the owner of the shop, amazing by the way, re did the heals which were extremely tricky and they are brand new. Thank you for the kind service, you are a master of the craft. I will return & share with friends.

I took my Uggs in for repair, the owner was not sure if he could fix them. He did an amazing job! He was super friendly as well, it was $60 he reinforced my other boot so the same thing didn't happen.
Cons: The owner only takes cash and I didn't get a call when my boots were ready (the last two digits of my phone number were not legible).

Brought my very expensive dress shoes in. They had deep scratches on them. They look brand new again. I also had a rubber sole installed due to the leather being extremely slippery. He also did a fantastic job. I would definitely use his services again.
