From start to finish we had a great experience in having granite countertops installed in our kitchen! The staff were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. As well, the installation was done very quickly. We just love how beautiful our kitchen looks with granite countertops!

I can honestly say i would never buy a counter top through them again. Rena was awesome to deal with granted she is in sales so it is her job to be wonderful to the customers. When installed there were some with square corners and some with round corners which looked awful. No one ever asked a preference but regardless there shouldn't be two different styles in one kitchen. They re-cut my small coffee bar i am sure out of the remainder of the slab i purchased and took off my island to change the edge so the whole kitchen would have square. They did an awful job on the corners for the island.in the grand scheme of things it should have probably been re-cut. Not only that they left a large overhang beside my fridge which limited my spouse and i on the size of fridge we could put there. They should have done the same overhang as they did beside every other appliance. I wouldn't go to them because they didn't ask the questions they should know to ask.me being a first time renovator wouldn't know i had to state those facts.

This was a very confusing experience. I had two different sales rep contacting me. Then Ken sent me to a west side showroom to look at samples. I was given incorrect pricing information. Ken told us we should “know better” and told us “good luck” in finding stone for the price we were quoted. Unprofessional service and a waste of our time getting our space measured and traveling to their warehouse to select stone.

Rena and her team were able to give my wife and I the countertops we were looking for in a short period of time and within budget. My wife was overjoyed after living with no kitchen sink or counters for a week and a half (after previous bad customer service with another stone company, left us without them during our home reno). From the visit to the store front to the install and follow up it was seamless and great. Highly recommended!
