What a joke they over book and are very unprofessional! And the doctor is running a cash cow medical and he also should learn too speak properly thinking a junkie looking for pain pills.my first review was taking down wondering how long this honest review lasts

This clinic is a joke they purposely take in people and book and over book themselves and they think it's OK! It's also rude when your front staff are talking to themselves, in there native language! While serving people who are right in front of them.wouldn't recommend this clinic for many other reasons.change your name to cash cow medical clinic

Only negative is it's sometimes hard to make an appointment when nobody answers the phone

Went for a suspected uti. Got told my urine test in clinic was clear and that I didn’t have a uti. When I asked what was wrong with me then cause it hurt so much to pee I was crying, and all the other uti symptoms. The doctor said it was probably bv. The next day I ended up in the emergency room because of a serious uti and kidney infection. The pain was so bad I almost passed out and I needed iv antibiotics and oral antibiotics.
I am extremely frustrated that I had to go through that experience. The doctor did not listen to anything I said and completely brushed me off. Terrible. Would not recommend.

Wonderful walk in clinic. We drove in from sprucegrove to see a dr. The receptionist was fantastic and the dr was awsome! He new i was nervous and uncomfortable but was able to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. Thanks Dr. Belhaj

Friendly nurses and doctors.

I called 30 min before closing, they fit me in. All staff were kind, caring and empathetic including the Doctor and I was out of there within a half hour. By far the best walk-in Clinic experience I have ener had!

Worst receptionist. The dear Phillipino reception will never answer your calls and gives off rudeness

Front staff extremely aggressive and arrogant. Heavily lack priority over severity of health issues. Refuse to let me book and appointment and just wait for a walk in yet people who walk in way after me without appointment find their way in first. Alberta health care is trashed.

Don't even bother. My doctor's office has sent over several referrals to see Dr. Jomha, yet this clinic seems to have zero record of any of this. If you want your medical records going missing, this is the right place for you!

Always crowded. And parking is impossible. When the lot is full, you either wait.or park a 10 minute walk down the road as there is not neighbouring areas to park.

Doctors are good. However, the front desk staff NEVER answer the phone. Unfortunately, you can’t leave a message either. If you need something, best go in-person.

Not very professional at all, turning off their phones, putting you on hold and just hanging up after 10 minutes, or picking up and immediately hang up the phone. What kind of business does that?

All other issues I've had with this clinic aside, the front end staff are truly terrible. There is a very low standard for customer service here. I've had them answer the phone by just saying "hello" making you think you've dialed the wrong number, if they answer at all, and they absolutely rush you through making an appointment like you are bothering them with something that is not their job, and I've had them then proceed to hang up on me multiple times. It's a total shame and if it was my practice I would want to correct that.

Open Sunday! Visited as a walk in and had a decent wait time despite the full waiting room. Dr was great and we were able to get prescription filled immediately at the attached pharmacy. Great clinic!

A bit of a long wait but since they accommodate both appointments and walk in.it is the nature of the beast.

Front staff are very kind and helped me in whatever way possible. Dr. Adel however was not the best. First off he didn't even know my name let alone why I was there. Then he didn't know why I was there. Thought I was there to have a biopsy when I was there about having a hysterectomy. Paused my appointment with him to take a personal call regarding his wife. He was not at all helpful and barely had enough time to speak with me. All in all he was the worst OBGYN I have ever been to. So disappointed. Don't waste your time seeing him

RECEPTION STAFF ARE TERRIBLE. Where do I begin? They call me to confirm appointments that I don't know about. If they do pick up the phone, they put you on hold forever, I've shown up to my appointments and they have told me I'm early because they scheduled me for the wrong time or date. Dr Alatrash is good.the customer service/reception staff make all these Doctors looks terrible.

Was a walk-in, with many appointment folks there at the same time. Was in and out, within 45 mins. Professional, polite, and efficient. Well done.

If you are looking for a new doctor, you need to book an appointment. To book an appointment, you need to call. After spending hours trying to get someone to answer the phone, you need to physically come in to fill out a form. The form is not accessible online either. Explain to my why I cant book an appointment and fill out the form while I wait? You either need more intake staff or more competent ones.

Walk in for a quick sign off for a WCB paper. No injuries. No one in clinic. Dr standing at reception but they said no more walk ins.

Called beforehand to see if they take walk-ins. We show up 10 minutes later to be turned away saying they don’t take walk-ins. Thanks for the waste of time!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been going to this medical clinic for 7 years and there has never been consistency between nurses and doctors. They definitely lack professionalism. Doctors also dismiss your concerns.

Can not get through on their phone lines. Not any time of the day. I give up after trying for weeks to book an appointment.

My doctor is great, which is the only reason why I keep coming back. Reception is rude and incompetent.

Being diagnosed with the Big "C" is the most crucial part of anyones lives, that includes me. But going on through all of the procedures and treatment I thank God for giving me the best doctor and his team to guide me with outmost compassion and dedication.

With deepest gratitude thank you Doctor Mohammed Jomha and to your great team for all the care I am experiencing from your good office.

Words are not enought to thank you. You let me feel that there is so much positiveness ahead amidst of these trials that I am going through right now.

Doctors are amazing, but the front desk staff do not answer the phone, my house burned down almost three weeks ago and I still haven’t been able to get through by phone, I don’t have my medications due to the fire and I would love to make an appointment, however it seems impossible at the moment as I can’t get through at all;

I would ask that Rivercrest hire more staff if possible, otherwise the staff are incredibly friendly and I have never had an issue with them or the doctors.

I booked an appointment for 1 pm. About 10 walk ins went in before me. I was told I was next every time I asked. I suppose it’s worth driving to the south side for an amazing doctor. Don’t WASTE your time here

Dr. Amit Dhillon if you could call him a doctor. Went for tests 3 weeks ago. Still waiting to hear back. Best of luck to anyone waiting to see this so called doctor.

Every single time I get meds results something goes wrong and my pharmacy and I have to expend energy getting it sorted out. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I don't know if the doctor doesn't listen or doesn't care or doesn't understand but I basically don't even talk to my doctor about sensitive health issues because I never feel understood there. Who wants to be vulnerable with someone who can't get your meds right and misunderstands the things you say.

Have been a patient here for 7 years. Have been phoning every 5 minutes for the past 2 days and no one ever answers. If you're just not answering the phones any more, or closed, say that.

This is hands down the worst clinic in st.albert, very poorly trained staff, doctors who change dosages on med refills done over the phone without telling the patient they are doing so. Receptionist is very rude and unhelpful I will never go back to this clinic. It should be shut down

The front end staff at this clinic are horrible. They don’t answer phones, never smile and look like they all hate their jobs.
It’s a waste of time making an appointment, as you wait for up to an hour anyways once you are there. People who don’t have appointments walk in and out but it seems like they make their patients who have appointments, wait longer.
If you have tests results, be sure to call and ask if they are ready as the staff do not call you back to come in for the doctors to read your results.
I would not recommend coming to this location. It used to be good years ago but has gone downhill quickly. The doctors are good but it’s not worth your time dealing with the front end staff to get to them.

Extremely disappointed to learn that Dr. Simpson left the clinic &I was not informed until long after she had already left. Didn’t even get a chance to adjust to being transitioned to another doctor after finally finding a doctor I felt comfortable with. I got a letter stating she wouldn’t even see her patients at another location just that another doctor would be taking over her patients. I have only met the new doctor once & he seems to be alright but it could have been handled better especially considering some people already experience anxiety seeing a doctor. To just change doctors with no notice isn’t easy for some.

I was in search of a walk-in clinic in St. Albert and went to Rivercrest. The staff were so pleasant. They helped me right away. I didn't even have to sit down before being taken to a room! Dr. Salem was amazing. Very professional and caring. Overall a wonderful clinic and great staff and doctors.

Long wait times beyond booked appointment times (30-60 minutes). Frustrating. 2-3 weeks to get an appointment. Dr. David Ryan is an amazing doctor but the struggle to see him is a tough obstacle to overcome. And now that he’s leaving his practice here in July I’m not sure where this all leaves my family.
