Riverstone Dental - Dr. Ned Price

Took my 8yr and 4yr old kids for their first fillings. Dr. Price was so swift and calm they never even noticed the needle or freezing!
My 4yr said the Dentist Lady and Dentist are amazing.

Dr. Ned and the team at Riverstone Dental are FABULOUS! I feel like family every time I walk into the building & they do an excellent job at keeping my teeth clean and sparkly!

It is a friendly and professional experience all the time. I have had many cleanings and fillings over the years. A big thank you to everyone @Riverstone Dental.

Not recommended, I got my tooth scaling done in the month of June & I am still suffering with pain both side while eating, they damaged my tooth make very sensitive now. I did multiple times tooth scaling never ever experienced like that, certainly first time at the Riverstone dental Red deer my experience not good after spending $200 each for me & my wife.

I’ve had only good experiences at this clinic! The dentist Dr. Ned Price is friendly & good at what he does. Today I was in for a cleaning & saw a lovely Dental Hygienist named Amy. She was wonderful! Honestly enjoyable to be around even when I couldn’t talk much haha. All of the staff seems to be excellent in their roles & I’m always pleased by the service I receive.

I convinced my husband like a year ago that he should get his mercury removed and best would be going to a holistic dentist.
Being a good hubby he listened to his wife, I booked him in and a lot of money later, we left the province.
Recently he had an emergency and had to see a dentist. Guess what. The question rose of: who did such a miserable job? Pretty shocking comment. The dentist, being a family member, did what she could to fix the poor quality job.
I shall refrain from suggesting him in the future "holistic" dentists.

We brought our kids in for check up and cleaning. We were welcomed warmly from the front desk staff. Cathy, Heidi and Dr. Price were very friendly and took great care of us. Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you!

Great place to get all your dental services/ needs done. Admin staff looks after all your billing to your insurance company. If and when you have specific questions on costs and billing, do your research, know what you are entitled to from your insurance company and the staff at Riverstone Dental will help you with the rest. It helps to be specific with your own questions. Dr. Price has good connections with other specialized dental services and colleagues, and your needs can be met with a “team approach”. My wife and I have had the very best Dental Hygienist for many years and she is currently located at this clinic. With us, this Clinic is getting closer and closer to a Five Star Dental Clinic. We like the new clinic and decor. As we all know, dental services are increasing in Red Deer, and there is always room for patient- treatment improvement. We will continue to look for all the good reasons to remain at Riverstone Dental with Dr. Ned Price and his Staff.

Great first visits for my son and I. Maicie is a great hygienist. She was thorough and efficient.

Honestly feels they lied right to my face and scammed me out of my money. I feel reception is careless and not upfront with what their prices are as well as letting its clients know important information regarding appointments bookings or anything prior to getting booked in with them then hit you hard with a bill that leaves you broke. Was not given a quote regarding the total cost prior for work done. Only a partial cost for cleaning, which I had assumed was the total as I had asked for the total price of what I would be paying numerous times beforehand with and without the insurance coverage of my benefits. They said I didnt receive the full quote as they had sent it to my insurance however if that was the case why did I still receive quotes for the cleaning and the cleaning prior of how much i would be paying. I also was having difficulty with my insurance as it wasnt going through so I doubt they sent me any information regarding the cost of my fillings at any point in time as they state they did. They also booked me in for another cleaning when I was just needing cavities fixed after that first initial cleaning and didnt put me in for my cavities at all. Here I was thinking my next appointment coming in was to get cavities fixed and showed up for another cleaning. Everyone has their own experiences with different places but I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience here. 2 stars for eventually getting the work done I needed but expect them to take you for everything you own.

Update: So a cavity is still there. Job was done quicker than expected now just realizing it was done half fast and rushed. 2 stars to 1.would be negative stars if that were an option. How frusterating and a massive waste of my time and money
