Great doctors office clean, can get bloodwork and ex rays upstairs at the mall. Can book appointments within a day sometimes sometimes 3 days but still fast appointment dates. Recommend

We felt at home the second we walked into Dr. Motaz room cEverything was clean and in its place. He was great with my daughter, making her laugh while still taking care of her health. It was really nice to get such good care without an appointment.

Poor health care service, and poor customer service from the receptionist. Was told over the phone to come in for my walk in, and once I did I was turned away. After, coming in well in advance of the wait time I was told over the phone.
The receptionist were not understand, showing little to no care for their follow human. I can't understand why people would choose to work, and remain in Healthcare field if they can't muster empathy or understanding for other people. I understand just doing your job but that can't be the bar for an industry dealing with peoples health.
The decline in service, care and empathy in AHS is very noticeable in the last couple years. It everyday people suffering for it. This was just one of many stories for me and many others. Read the other reviews and it similar experiences.

Spotless clinic very polite best doctors out there very carefully during covid-19 recommended to everyone super clean and almost no waiting time they take every concern seriously 6/5 for me.

I called this morning and I asked the receptionist if their doctor would do any stitches and she said yes so I drove there from downtown Edmonton.when I got there they make me to feel it up some paper work then their doctor refused to help us as they were to busy and told us to go see emergency so I went to see a different medicentre at North East. And one doctor and one nurse helped us rightway if they were busy.

The receptionists sit at the front desk and gossip about their patients, and even when told by the doctor to not continue this behavior they wait until he walks away to deal with another patient, and they continue. They even took time to search my Facebook to gossip about my last post, and was really rude about it. Belittling me and talking me down, very unprofessional. And all of this started while they were on lunch, and then when they seen me sitting in the office continued again, and progressively got worse with it. I believe the office would benefit from them getting new receptionists. No one should have to sit there and listen to them belittle them and talk down about them while waiting to see the doctor. Also took time out of their job to stand in the workplace hallway to talk about me and giggle loudly, and yeah I know they were talking about me because they used my government name specifically. Very rude, and unprofessional.

I had such a bad experiance with this medicentre. I called them first that can come in as a walk in receprionist said yes and after that i have waited 2 hour and 30 mins with my little baby she was also sick and my husband was sitting in fever for that long and no doctor came in to treat us. I ask the receptionist twice she just said u are next u r next. She did not tell us that we have to wait this long otherwise we would never go there. She was not really intrested in patients. After waiting for almost 3 hours. I heard her saying to other staff that doctor will come at 4. I have a question that if you dont have active doctors at the clinic why are you accepting walk ins. I get the point that walk in take time, but usually everybody will give you an estimate of time rather than saying you are next. We even waited 1 hour in patients room and still they dont have a plan to see us for the next 2 hours as well. Finally we left untreated from there with my sick baby and husband. Very non serious and non welcoming reception staff. The staff who checked our vitals was the only positive as she was nice and supportive.
The reception staff needs some customer service training and how to talk with people more specifically patients.
Very very very bad and poor experiance will never ever visit this clinic ever again.

It was a bit of a long wait but the staff were all wonderful (front end, and doctor). They were extremely busy but were very friendly. I highly recommend as a walk in clinic! Thanks for everything you do for the public.

I have never had a problem with this clinic, it is clean and I only like to see one specific Dr there but everyone is very nice.

I booked an appointment for 7: 00 p.m. On May 2nd I was left sitting in the room until almost 9: 00 p.m. When I had finally gone out to ask what was happening they said there was a medical emergency and the apparent doctor that I had originally booked the appointment with had gone home sick so they had to call in someone else without advising any of the other patients waiting. There were multiple patients waiting long periods of time with no contact or update. I was given a prescription I ended up being allergic to and when I called in to get a replacement as advised by my pharmacist I was put on hold multiple times for over 10 minute increment each time, and each time someone answered when I got frustrated and hung up and called back nobody knew who had put me on hold. I advise them that I had an allergic reaction. She took my name and number said she was going home and would leave a note for the doctor. I got a call back from the doctor quickly and he agreed to try a new medication.but when I asked receptionist to fax the new prescription over as the allergy medication was making me sleepy, there was a very snotty receptionist that said it was my job to get the fax number. She was not going to sit on hold and when I called back again with the fax number they again attempted to put me on hold. In the 2 days that I had called. I'd spent over 40 minutes on hold over 10 minute increments in four phone calls. Very unprofessional. Front end staff doctor was nice enough.

Waited for almost 4 hours in total to see a doctor, multiple walk-in’s who had come in after me got in to see the doctor before me. Doctor Akram asked me to take 10 puffs of my inhaler even though recommended daily dose is 4 puffs any anything higher cause heart palpitations (I have WPW and am already susceptible to this and do not need anything to make it worse) When asking the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait to see the doctor she essentially told me “he will see you when he sees you” don’t feel any sense of care, urgency or priority towards their patients. I will not be coming back here and if this review doesn’t deter you from coming, maybe one of the many other 1 star reviews will. If you’re sick and needing a good walk in clinic try Edgewater Medical Clinic on Jasper not this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 2 hours in the waiting room and an hour in the room and counting. The receptionists fake clean everything. Touching everything with the same pair of gloves. Eating with the gloves, using personal phones and dealing with different patients never changing gloves. All I needed was a refill prescription…and still waiting…ridiculous.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with these people. Really bad reception. To the owners or management, if you are listening. Your reception staff should be trained on how to deal with your patients. They have to understand that they have jobs because of patients like us or future other potential patients. Very rude interactions with receptionist. Always get a feeling that the reception staff are running the place. And doctors come second.i will not be returning to you. I saw 1 of the good rating reviewers saying that you r 1 among the late night operating clinics, and that we have to realize that and understand that u r doing everything possible to keep us happy. Well I beg to differ. Show a bit of courtesy and professionalism. Reception is the first place anyone will receive a first impression, and I have to say there is no people skills or soft skills that these reception staff have. The doctors are also mostly partial to middle Eastern patients and thir attitude towards me at least was appaling. When I went there for my acidity problems, the doctor was rudely telling my mom that I'm whining about my acidity problem. Well to that doctor, I wasn't whining. I had a health problem for which I came to your clinic seeking medical advise or treatment. So I had to mention about the pain/situation/reason, I went through to be sitting in this clinic, and if he felt thats whining, then all I have to say is that " you are a very small egg, and u have not hatched out of ur shell". Be more matured to your patients, listen to their problems and don't be in a hurry to finish with them and go about ur way. Nobody wants to deliberately go to a clinic and get treated or poked for no reason. Had to to brief, sorry for the big review. But this is my feedback.

Never had a bad experience here. Even when busy, your never waiting long! After 10 years of medical issues and bad doctors and trying to find the right place, this place FINALLY did something to help and steer me in the proper direction

Dr.saad is extremely unprofessional, judgemental and lazy. Worst dr in the entire city. Went in last week for a referral, called today to the place that I asked to be referred to they never received one, so I called this clinic and was told it was never sent. Then they tried to book me in again so this dr can make more money to not do what he's supposed to. This dr refused to send the referral because he didn't agree with my life choices. Absolutely disgusting of a dr to act in such a way. We're supposed to be able to trust that drs are doing what they are supposed to for our health, clearly this clinic doesn't actually care about their patients health matters.

Was told I had a viral infection if it worsens come back this was on a Sunday 1 doctor 20 patients so he rushed through everything
Woke up dieing on Monday so I went to another doctor who I told the same symptoms to as the Riverview doctor right off the hop he told me it sounds like strep throat checked me over sure enough it was I know miss anoth day of work cause I couldn’t get a prescription for me from Riverview I also went with my Cuzin to both doctors who have the same symptoms as me river view said we we both had different symptoms lol like really
Also 2 hr waiting at this place plus the doctor didn’t even show up till an hr after they open

This clinic I will travel across the city just to go here. We have been here twice and seen 2 different doctors, both were absolutely fabulous! Amazing with kids! My daughter really liked the doctors here and the front desk staff are very friendly. Thank you everyone who works here for your hard work and dedication to your patients! Best walk in in edmonton!

I walked in in fairly ruff shape spent close to 20 hours in waiting rooms at hospitals trying to get anti biotics for a large blood infection i was having. Waiting room was busy i did not expect to get in for a minimum of 5 hours but to my surprise i was in and out with no appointment within an hour. Nurses were fantastic very kind to me. Doctor was very very good. Easy to understand gave me my diagnosis and options along with a prescription. The pharmacy was in the lobby of the medicenter which was amazing. Like i said i was expecting to have to sit and die in awaiting room for hours on end and i was in and out within an hour with everything i needed i will only go to this clinic from now on. Oh ps the chairs in the lobby are soft and cozy its amazing.

Originally came here due to the proximity - stayed because of the convenience. BUT yesterday my car was dead and they delivered my pkg - I was very pleased and want to show my appreciation. They were fast, kind and THAT is 5 stars.

This clinic is awesome. Me and my daughter had such a great experience. We came at 11am this Saturday and left after 1pm. We only waited an hour to see a doctor. The receptionists are so very nice as well. I drove 40 minutes to come here and would do it again when I need too.

We have gone quite a few times in the last couple weeks with different people in my family. Great clinic, receptionist very welcoming and helpful. Doctors were wonderful. Great location, very clean clinic. We didn’t have a long wait during the weekday. Strongly recommend this clinic.

Having an appointment at 6: 15 PM. Called to reschedule it but they said Dr us already booked and I have to come on 6: 15 PM today. Now.its waiting. It's going to be 7 PM now. I feel visit here as a walk is much better than appointment

I would give them a zero if I could. They wouldn’t take in my kid when I am the legal guardian because I didn’t have guardianship paperwork on me and she is under the age of 18…. The two ladies at the front denied her of getting health care when we had a health care card, birth certificate and school id. Plus, I had my ID if needed… I can’t believe I have to prove this is my kid with paperwork…. The two ladies at the desk today were very unhelpful and they were the only walk-in clinic open near us. Now we have to go to the emergency room and wait several hours when we could’ve just seen a doctor there to solve her issues. I’ve never been to a walk-in clinic whose denied us like that.

Horrible experience per usual. I’ve come here three times each time thinking my experience will be different. The front receptionist is rude. And the doctors are lazy trying to rush you out the building. I would not recommend! This doctors office is use to dealing with immigrants, low income households and patient suffering from addiction, and I’ve seen how impatient they have been with those individuals. It’s disgusting.

I wish the nurses at the reception were polite, not more polite but just polite. I always feel as though I come to their houses, not to the public clinic. Rude, arrogant and impolite.

Extremely nice nurses and doctors. Service was so fast. The facility is very clean, modern and welcoming. The available seating is SO comfy for waiting room chairs. The hours of operation are very good too. I will recommend this place to everyone

I walked in to see a doctor and I didn’t even wait that long. The stuff were very polite and the Doctor I have seen was so professional and understanding.

Avoid at all costs. I won’t air my dirty laundry by publishing the specifics about why I was there.but the doctor is super unprofessional. There’s tons of options for clinics in Edmonton. Do not go here.

I called the receptionist and she kept delaying me from speaking with the doctor saying he would call me before the end of today. What a joke and a bunch of lies. I take my health really serious and this isn't a serious enough place for me to go if this.

I recently started going to this clinic as it is closer to home and I wasn't expecting much as I've had issues with going to new clinics but I am surprised at how well this place is as a whole from the friendliness from the receptionists, to the doctors I've seen, how timely both waiting to see a Dr and to get my prescription have been each time. The are open long hours and I have yet to have an issue with so far anything. Ladies, this clinic does pap tests.

I find that the front staff are rude every time I go to call there it says the person you are calling is not taking calls.
I asked him to take a blood pressure for my grandson and they just kind of basically walked away so the doctor asked them they put it on him and they just walked away like they don't give a s*** about anybody but themselves

The reception are friendly and the wait times for walk ins are extremely short - I don't think I've waited more than 10 mins to get in to see a doctor.

That being said, I've been to this clinic 4 times in the past 8 days because the prescriptions I've been given haven't worked and have made the problems worse, and even created new problems. The doctor I saw today said the only thing I can do is go to the ER. Without even properly examining me first. I feel like they just give you random prescriptions and hope you'll just go away or go somewhere else and make it someone else's problem.

Very unprofessional! While I was in the room the clerk came in with another patients file, the dr was very rude never let me speak treated us like garbage but I guess it’s nothing new as i as an indigenous person will always be judged by everyone! It’s disgusting very unprofessional, impatient, I will be reporting him, very very over crowded, no one wiped anything down after ppl left, no counters wiped, no chairs, wiped no social distancing, seen dr for all of 2 min I’ll be letting my insurance know this as well

They are friendly and very helpful. They have what you need and get you in and out in a fashionable amount of time. Clean facility awesome bonus. Thank you for your services.

If I could rate lower i would. Spent 2hrs waiting just to get to the room and have the nurse tell me dr wants me back next day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Clean, organized, and convenient. It's a rough area, so expect all types of people. I appreciate their friendliness and willingness to help whenever possible. I am thankful for the EPL nearby, so I can wait whenever the wait time is too long for me.

Worst service I have ever seen. Rudest receptionists I ever had to deal with. Leave you on hold and forget about you and cant get back through. Should I keep going?

If there is a negative rating I would give that especially to Dr. Rabib. I never see a doctor that much irresponsible and rude. I took my 37 week pregnant wife to this clinic and waited more than 1.5 hour. We drove almost 30 minutes to go there since on Saturday there are not much clinics are open. I talked with the receptionist before go there. After long wait, doctor did not spend more than two minutes with us. Did not even talk with my wife. Just Talked with me very briefly. This is really horrible feeling After this long wait for a pregnant lady. We are really disappointed and don’t know why we are paying so much tax every year! This doctor is just getting money. Horrible! Just horrible!

Quick and easy. Professional staff. Clean reception and waiting room. 5 people waiting when we arrived and we were shown to examination room after about 10 minutes. Saw Doctor after another 10 minutes (I was expecting much worse). It was a cold and rainy evening so that may have helped keep the clinic from being too busy. I'll drive the extra few kms to go to Riverview again. All other clinics in my area were closed at 7pm on a Monday night.

Annoying unprofessional stuff A to Z. I saw (heard) receptionist/nurse/Clark. (whoever on front desk) was making a joke on customer with other language blam loudly with there own flout. (some other customer waiting may remember the situation. Even the doctor does not have a time with his patients

I don't know.there's something off about the place. I was seen by 3 people, who knows, physicians? The first woman didn't know what a diaphragm was, yet is qualified to do a pap. The "in-house dermatologist" confused my moles/beauty marks for pimples, then was defended by the other doctor saying they're easy to confuse. Hm. Bizarre discussions between the two others attending to me, these kinds of things. The service was fast and place was clean, just.got a weird feeling in there. I don't trust it. Won't be returning.

Horrible customer service. Clinic opened at 9am, I was the 2nd person to arrive, told them about my issue, which is a fast track service for most clinics, and I still waited an hour in a room without a doctor coming to see me. I had to leave without service, I asked for a phone call from the doctor to see if I could get a prescription sent to me, and they refused. Will never go back here again.

It is a great clinic you can go to. I don't want to name some doctors and leave the others, they are all awesome! The staff in the front and the pharmacy staff as well, they are all more than excellent. Thank you to all of you guys!

Riverview medical centre is the best walk in clinic that I've encountered in Edmonton Alberta. They treat you with respect and listen to your health problems and make sure that they meet your diagnosis. There caring and very comforting Doctors that actually care. The best in Edmonton Alberta. I recommend patron's to go there.

Dr. Al-Rabib. Best doctor i have ever been to. Been looking for my skin treatment for almost three years and saw so many doctors but no one had a proper cure, everyone would tell me a different story and I was so depressed, but he diagnosed the problem in a single appointment and treated it accordingly. My skin never felt that good before.

These people are clowns. Refusing a patient that doesn't have I.d just there alberta health care card. Have a bad infection and they turned me away. What a joke. Don't recommend going here would give it a zero star if that was a option!

Hours of operation say 0900 am to 6pm on their website. Got there and doesn’t open till 10am till 4pm. Website says hours are updated a week ago! Frustrating

If I could I would give it a zero nurse's don't know anything and doctor doesn't even check you he just comes in signs what ever nurse has recommended and leaves. Will never go there again

Changed my mother's medications then refused to even see her again to change them back.
My mother is now suffering from severe depression and tremors have gotten worse.
You're supposed to trust your healthcare providers, not be neglected by them.
Unfortunately that's all these folks have done and have now left it as someone else's problem.

All the staff, from pharmacy to reception to the nurses and doctors, that I have interacted with have been wonderful. They consistently demonstrate courteousness, kindness and professionalism and I’m super happy they are in my neighbourhood

This clinic is joke, you can make a appointment to see a doctor and they only send in a nurse who doesn’t help at all. If you try and make call appointment due to COVID-19 restrictions you treated like your nothing and your health problems are constantly over looking or just ignored over 4 hours late and counting for said phone call appointment

Amazing experience! Walked in for some concerns and they quickly took me in, COVID procedures in place where sanitizer is at the door and receptionist provides you with a new mask. The nurse and drs are very welcoming, address your concerns and give you the space to talk about symptoms etc. The pharmacy is great as well for any medications you need. Definitely will use them again

I came here all the way from Chapelle when my baby got an ear infection and I had no place else to go. Dr. Alfaisal Abdulwanis treated us better than any doctor I’ve ever had. He gave us a prescription and said he wanted to make sure Andreas got the same treatment he’d want for his own children. Fast professional service and actual caring doctors! A rare occurrence in this day and age. Highly recommend

My sister went here after having dizziness and a headache for over a week. After a 40 min wait a doctor saw her and she only got a couple words out before the doctor asked her if she was in drugs and wouldn't let it go despite being told multiple times that she wasn't on any sort of drugs. Doctor said to take pain killers and had to be called back to the room to hear all her symptoms. Didn't make a difference to his "diagnosis" of her being on drugs.
She went to her family doctor the next day and turns out it was labyrinthitis, you useless moron.

They say they open at 8. They are liars I was hoping to get in before work woke up extra early and get there at doctor doesn't show up till 9. Very bad very bad publicity.

Never disinfects the chairs in lobby after peoole sit in them. Always a run around with doctors and the pharmacy. I ask for my meds to be delivered they say yes u will get them next morning but that next morning they never arrived why because my name wasnt on the delivery list.
