Riverview Plaza

We are Ukrainian newcomers, who came on May to boardwalk Riverview plaza. We are clearly disappointed how office act to us. They never picked the phone or answer our messages. The building always dirty and there is smell of cannabis.
On our first time they explained to us we should pay max until 5 day start of month. What we do. I even left my card for pay today, cause we never can catch the open office (to be clear, we work from 8 am to 5: 15 pm) And now they put extra fees and told to check the contract details, that we should pay exactly at 1st.
First of all in contact there is no extra fees mentioned for delay
Second one for my question how, if you didn’t work on 1st, they give answer pay early.
Even person who spoke on the phone was yelling.
I will never recommend this place to rent! Especially with a child’s!

Not a very clean building they sit outside and smoke cigarettes, rather than taking pride in their work and doing what they are paid to do! And im looking for a full-time job! But they don't want to hire me, plus whete is the security here! It's a pretty shadey area, when I moved I here there used to be security but they security person I see around here, doing their job is John. I'm just thinking we all pay good money to live in a nice, secure building! And you have to take pride in your job to wanna keep it clean! If there are over 40 apts here in this building, that's over 40 thousand a month in revenue st least and you can't hire proper people to take pride in their cleaning jobs, to do a Great job! I'm just sick of walking these hall ways, and all that's in them is dirt that never gets vacuumed up here! Lol, if you don't believe me, check the cameras for yourself. I'm not trying to start any issues, I just was living in a clean building at one time! When I first signed my lease, but the care of this building has gone down hill! Bit my rent keeps going up! Just hire me!

My building (A) is rarely cleaned, when it is there is still things left. Like a foot print on the wall on first floor, debris on the floors. And cleaning staff like Tammy (the cleaner for building A) need to learn to mind their own business. ESPECIALLY WHEN SHIFT IS OVER. Know your roll and do not over step yourself. Noone likes a tattle tail. Especially one who only wanders around smoking and spying on everyone else while neglecting their OWN job. Just so as you know Tiffany is the best cleaning lady we have had in this place. Her and Randy both rock.

Update: the building has been vacuumed once in two weeks the filthy stairs are the same. If doing your job is really that hard that you can't spend 4 hours cleaning a building that is SUPPOSED TO BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY what good are you?

Super nice and helpful staff, the neighbours are great as well. Maintence is done in a timely manner, always clean outside and hallways.

I had a terrible experience living in this chimney and I will not rent ever again.
Living in apartment for two years and expecting to pay for the walls being painted for scuff marks and dust in the window screen. They fix the drawers with glue gun and silicon for the window and charge when it comes apart.

Make sure you check every nuke and cranny if you decide to live here.
