RnR Hot Tubs and Spas

RnR customer service has been terrible in a billing dispute! We asked them to do a repair (and sent pictures ahead of the part needing to be replaced), but rather than repair they came out and did a "diagnostic call" and want to charge $235 for the visit. Now they're threatening us with collections even though they never actually did what we asked!

We met Gary when stopping in to take a quick look. The knowledge and education we received that visit and each time we have a question is amazing. We will definitely recommend RnR over anywhere we have ever looked for a Hot Tub. Thank you

We learned about the superior construction and insulation of the RnR tubs compared to the technology of our old tub and other brands available. The set up of our tub went smoothly by 2 very professional and friendly guys. They removed our old tub and placed the new one in the perfect spot. We have been enjoying it since day one and look forward to many years of relaxation to come.

I am a handy guy. Just not a I Hot tub expert. I spent many hours trying to find out why my pump kept tripping on overload. The service man came out a found the issue and the cost was very reasonable.
I will have them come out again if required! I am very happy with every aspect!

We got our hot tub from here a few years ago, this year a pipe burst. We had reached out to have it fixed. They then came for a short time and charged for the visit without fixing. $150 they take your credit card number. It would have been nice to know there was a charge and that they would just take the money. Disappointed.

Lyndsay was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and was able to give me some very useful tips! If you need help with your hot tub, I highly recommend asking for Lyndsay!

RnR hot tubs team has been amazing! After purchasing a home with an existing hot tub, we were registered into Hot Tub school with Gary and Lyndsay. They were a wealth of information and we learned so much about chemical distribution, science, and maintenance. To ensure I was off to a fresh start with a clean tub, Lyndsay was the maintenance technician dispatched for my service call to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub. She was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She showed me how to change the settings on the unit, adjust the jets, and set the temperature. Sabrina in the office was wonderfully pleasant and her pre service call and post-service follow up was a lovely level of customer service. Pricing was very reasonable considering the tools and resources required to do this maintenance. I would have been overwhelmed but Lyndsay was a pro! Thank you team!

When my wife and I where interested in buying a hot tub, we went to well over 7 different stores.was the same old same old at each one.this is the price, size and when do you want it.but when our contractor said to hit these guys I am extremely happy we went. Gary was amazing and wasn't afraid to spend time with us showing why their Maxx tubs are way better then the rest.so the decision was easy to buy right there on the spot.delivery was amazing.super great guys who help deliver and set up.and the spa school was 1000% worth it.you leave feeling 100% confident on setting and maintaining your water.they go above and beyond.so don't waste time going any where else as RNR was the leader of the pack in Calgary!

We purchased our hot tub because of the technology but we received way more than that. The spa school was excellent and even though we have had hot tubs for many years I learned some things that I was not aware of. Anyone buying a tub from RnR DO NOT SKIP this free info session, it is worth every minute you will spend there. The Tim bits were excellent also.

We received our tub today and the delivery guy's where on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. The experience was excellent. We are now in wait mode (heating up the water) can't wait to use it.

I would recommend RnR and when it comes time for our next tub I know exactly where I am going.

Gary at spa school was awesome! We learned a lot. We are so happy to have bought our spa with R&R. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I purchased a Maxx spa back in 2003, the Nahanni. It was my first and still is my only hot tub. It has travelled with me since then to three different homes, withstood 18 winters, with or without water in the spa [we always use R&R to winterize it]. I’ve commented many times to my family that it is incredible that we haven’t had any major issues in 20 years, not even a leak, (as I say that, I touch wood). I would definitely look at Maxx spas again if I ever have to rebuy one.

After our purchase of our hot tub, we've had a need for service. Quick move & installation of an accessory. Sabrina & the service team were fantastic! Jared & the crew were eager, polite & fun. Everything was done on time & in the budget RnR provided. Incredible group that I recommend all hot tub sales & servicing for.

One of the better experiences I have had purchasing a large ticket item. Friendly staff from the sales people to the service and techs who installed the hot tub. Quality product that we love love love.

Five stars! Got our hot tub November 2021, waited till now, July 2022, to give an accurate review after using lots. Vita Salon has been fantastic! Many great nights with friends and family enjoying the soak lifestyle =). Kim was fantastic for arranging and keeping us up to date during the delays of the pandemic, 5 stars for her! Gary who did spa school was a great resource for how to maintain, nice guy. The delivery guys were friendly and did a good job prepping the pad and moving it in. One tip, have these guys build it, worth every penny after watching them do it!

R&R so far has been a great company, no issue with our spa after LOTS of use! Writing this review while in it in fact!

Did our research for months before purchasing. Our initial inquiry turned into a very informative session which led to our making a decision quickly after. The process was seamless, from the sales people, service, delivery and the follow thru. A great experience indeed! Gary and John’s team did an excellent job and our purchase experience only brings us “smiles for days”.

These guys are great! Reasonable prices with no pushy sales tactics. The install was quick and smooth, and they are great at answering any questions you may have. I really felt like they had our backs while we got everything all set up!

We would HIGHLY recommend RnR Hot Tubs if you are considering a hot tub or swim spa purchase, or looking for hot tub repairs and maintenance service. We had a hot tub (which came with the house when we bought it 9 years ago) that was coming up to 15 years of age. During one of the coldest weeks of the winter in February 2021, the old hot tub sprung a leak that was under the tub - it would have cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars to locate and fix the leak. Since we didn't want to pour more $ into a 15 year old tub, we decided to look for a new tub. We went to RnR in Feb/Mar 2021 and met John McCrimmon. He was very helpful and informative on the type of hot tub we should consider (we ended up getting a Vita Grand). We also went with a Covana hot tub cover - a bit pricey, but well worth it, given that we needed to replace the old gazebo that covered our old hot tub. The RnR crew removed our old hot tub and gazebo weeks before our new hot tub and Covana were delivered. Both the old tub removal and new tub installation were done quickly and very professionally. The RnR Spa School is a MUST for any hot tub owner, whether you are new tub owners or had a tub for many years. I learned so much of what I had been doing wrong all these years with the old tub. Anyone looking for a hot tub should speak with John or Kim at RnR!

I am very happy with the service I recieved from RnR Hot Tubs and Spas.
They were at a busy time but, they were still able to come out and repair my tub. And they found an issue with my tub that would have caused me a great deal of problems down the road.

I have to tip my hat to the incredible service we just received from RnR. On Friday morning I went out to find a small pool of water next to our tub from a leak and noticed the breaker and flipped overnight. I left a voicemail around 730am and received confirmation that a service ticket had been created before they even opened their doors at 10am. The service team from RnR was here by 11am and had everything fixed and cleaned up before noon. We decided to buy from RnR because they were more than just a showroom, they are also local go-to service and maintenance professionals. We clearly made the right decision. Thank you to Kim and the rest of the crew!

I've been meaning to put in a review since we bought the hot tub from RNR in December 2020. Excellent service on the install, especially when the motor gave out and they sorted my issues without additional cost. I highly recommend these guys, and the older i get the more i appreciate the philosophy of newer isn't always better. Btw i never submit reviews so this is an anomaly

Was there to pick up some supplies and the man working there (I believe his name is Gary) was not very welcoming and just got bad vibes from walking in the store. The two girls on the other hand were very helpful, polite and helped us with what was needed.

We had a minor warranty issue that needed to be dealt with on our new hot tub that we purchased from RnR Hot Tubs. We spoke with them in the morning and a service tech was here within three hours! Very impressed! Their after care service is just as excellent as their sales service. So glad we purchased our first tub from RnR. We definitely recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub.

Service was impeccable. From sale to installation. Answered all of our questions. No pressure. We compared hot tubs at other stores before our purchase and RnR offered a better quality tub at a far better price. They provided full training on the use of our tub. The folks who came out and installed the tub were very friendly and made sure everything was up and running for us to enjoy the tub before they left. This is our 2nd hot tub and we are very happy to have found RnR. It's peace of mind knowing RnR has the experience and professionalism to provide us with everything from products to maintenance so that we can enjoy our new hot tub for many years to come.

The maintenance is simple and they provided the training to keep the hot tub working as new.
I have to adjust the PH level once over the one year I have with my tub and haven not had any issue.

Purchase our second hot tub from RnR Hot Tubs and Spas. We recommended them to our friends who also purchased a hot tub a few days later. We have had the tub for about 8 months now and everything is going great. I will continue to recommend these guys.

We just bought a house in High River that had a hot tub from R&R Hot tubs, we did not know how to take care of it and phoned them to see if they could help and they said we could attend their spa school. So we did and the class was very informative and the service was outstanding.

Don't waste your time or money. I have had nothing but problems with my tub and service since I purchased it. The mother board went and was replaced under warranty. Less than a month later I had a complete freeze up in -30. It was not covered under warranty due to the reason it stopped working. After having another tech look at the tub it was actually caused by another computer malfunction. We tried to repair the tub though RnR and cannot get anywhere, no quotes and unable to purchase parts. Customer service has been terrible from all ends. I was also told the glue used in the tub doesn't look factory, so buyer beware. Go up the road to Western Hot Tub and Pool. Solved all our parts needs right away.
** no time frame or parts list was ever given to us. Just two days of we are busy and will get to it. Not the first time I have had problems with a slow response last year I asked for a white and time frame for the tub to be repaired and was never given a response.

Brought an older hot tub in for repairs. These people are incredibly honest and fair. They gave me solid advice, sensible options and in the end, I made a decision to buy a refurbished hot tub. Their accounts were fair and reasonabIe and they went over the top to explain my options to me and help me decide on the right solution. I felt they genuinely cared about what was going to be best for me. I will never go anywhere else for service of any knd related to my hot tub. John, the service manager, really knows his stuff, and the quality of their service work is gold star. Highly recommend this business! You can't go wrong here!

Install day was a breeze!
The guys were so polite, helpful and knowledgeable and fun to have around! They lowered the tub into our back deck, set it all up, filled it and walked us through all the controls. Our electrician even said it was the easiest tub install he's ever done. Great Job Guys!

We shopped all over town for a new hot tub (first time hot tub owners). As someone who does a lot of research and due diligence, I found the process very overwhelming from the mixed information that we received almost everywhere and not really truly knowing whether we were being sold or fed a line it seemed very daunting. We had made a decision to purchase one from another retailer on a Saturday but hadn’t actually gone in to fill out the paperwork and was planning to do that on a Monday. That Saturday evening I was speaking with my neighbour who had a hot tub from RnR years ago and he highly recommended them so on the Sunday before finalizing the deal on the other hot tub I went to visit and spoke with Gary. It was the first time I really trusted the information I was given and brought my wife back later that afternoon and we purchased from RnR. Fast forward we had to wait a while (albeit likely less than some) about 5.5 months thanks to the insanity that seems to be surrounding the hot tub industry due to Covid. Last week after a long wait we had RnR deliver the tub. The delivery crew was fantastic, they truly take pride in what they do, and Gary and Kim have been fantastic to deal with. We had a mishap with an accessory and they were quick to head out to fix it. Thanks to Gary, Kim, and their team for their patience, attention to detail, and their customer service. We’re thrilled and happy to recommend them in the future!

Time came to replace the old tub and in with a new one ; RnR was fantastic. Right from Gary in the sales centre to the guys who came and took the old one away and installed the new one. Top notch service, a great experience all around. You need to check out RnR! 5 stars!

We are first time spa owners and did a lot of research before deciding what spa to purchase. We had some friends recommend RnR due to the quality of their spa and the exceptional service they received.

We went to RnR and spoke with Gary and I was immediately blown away by his honesty and knowledge of this their products and manufacturing and maintenance of any hot tub. Gary was the nicest and most knowledgeable individual we spoke to at any of the numerous dealers in Calgary. Spending time in the store and walking through the product lines and seeing the construction and quality of the spas, we knew if we were to buy one it would be from RnR.

I brought my wife in to look and she was treated with the same respect and truly felt like we were part of the family. After receiving the level of customer service we did, it was easy to decide to purchase a Vita Spa from RnR. Any business in the retail industry should take note of the level of professionalism at RnR. It was truly an enjoyable experience.

As the tub was being manufactured and delivered, Kim kept us informed and made sure we had everything we needed and were well prepared for the delivery and set up. Again, Kim was so friendly and easy to work with and walked us through everything. We had a site inspection from John and he followed up with an immediate phone call to walk us through the delivery and confirmed we had everything ready. Once again he was super friendly like everyone we talked to at RnR.

When the spa arrived, we attended "Spa School" with Gary to educate us on everything around chemicals and simple maintenance to keep our spa in great condition so we can enjoy it for many, many years. The spa school was amazing as we were first time spa owners but I would also highly recommend it for any long time spa owners as well.

The spa was delivered as scheduled and the crew that delivered and set up the spa were also super friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They made you feel like family as well and went above and beyond. They were fast and efficient and left the yard and spa spotless. They tested everything and ensured nothing was missed and walked us through everything we needed to know about the use of the spa, controls and simple maintenance tips.

We definitely recommend RnR and will not shop anywhere else. In fact we have friends that purchased one a few months back after listening to our experience. When they went in and talked to Kim, they immediately changed from another spa and made their purchase at RnR.

R & R gave us excellent customer service as we dealt with long delays getting our new hot tub. If you are in the market for a new hot tub, this is the place to visit!

I called in for some help to track down a rare part for my hottub. The gentleman on the line spent considerable time tracking it down, and then emailed me the link so I could order it. Obviously no chance of a sale for them, but still gave me great costumer service. Much appreciated!

Hot tub breaker went off and tub was without heat for a week. Called on Sunday and even though they are closed, someone saw that I called and returned my call within a couple of hours. Service technicians showed up Monday, As scheduled, and got the tub up and running again. And while they were here, they were successfully able to install my cover lifter which had been sitting in the garage for three years, at minimal extra cost because they were here already. Very happy with the service, A+.

There are so many hot tub showrooms and warehouses in Calgary but look no further Gary at RnR hot tubs is the best! You walk in there are no pushy sales people waiting to pounce. Gary was great, super patience as this was our first hot tub he spent 2 hours answering all our questions and giving us helpful advise on what would suit us best for our lifestyle. We researched hot tubs for over 2 years before deciding to go with RnR and we are absolutely thrilled with our choice. We were at Jacuzzi, Beachcomber, Coast Spas as well as a few lesser known brands in various strip malls (whose names we don't remember as they were not contenders).

When we built our new home my husband had the wiring run for the hot tub but there were other expenses such as landscaping etc. If I had known how quick and easy the financing option was at RnR I would have put the hot tub in right away!

Our neighbour highly recommended RnR and when my husband Dave went to talk to them he came home decisive about where we were going to pick out our new hot tub. He had spoke to John, the owner and finally felt like he heard all he needed to know. Even though I felt like everyone had their own story about why their tubs were the way to go, there was no argument like this: Their tubs are built for Canadian winters! In order to avoid costly repairs their tubs are meant to last. Dave trusted John and his advice and told me that they offered quality, luxurious hot tubs and spas at affordable prices. Up till now we had not been convinced of the value. John is a service man and knows the tubs (theirs and others) and spoke to all of Dave's concerns and objections. The decision had been made!

I had a person favorite at another supplier but after being in the store just an hour I also knew that we had found the right ones and was so excited that after we decided on the model we were just a few short weeks away from happy hot tub owners.

Then, the delivery! Right as promised, it went down our steep side hill and installed without a hitch. Professional and efficient. We were in the tub the very next morning! We have an app on our phone to control the heat and cleaning cycles from the house, the pool cover and lift are so easy to use, the music and lights are wonderful. And of course, THE JETS! Perfectly planned so that each seat is different and I don't think I could be happier with it. We use it most mornings and evenings. We've now had it a few months and the novelty and excitement just hasn't worn off one bit.

The final note is "Pool School". The weekend after our tub was delivered we were invited to attend the session to make sure we understood how to use the supplies to keep the water fresh and clean. Garry offered us Tim Hortons coffee and muffins and donuts and was so knowledgeable and funny as he explained the science behind it all so that we can keep our chemical costs and usage to a minimum but keep the tub as clean as bathwater. When he told us "you are now part of the RnR family - you have our phone numbers (John's and Garry's both!) so you call or text us anytime, 24/7 and we are here for you - just like phoning someone from your family! " I really believed him and that cemented my belief that we had made the best choice possible.

Oh jeez, I almost forgot to mention KIm! She's John's wife and the owner and she was so friendly and helpful when we were in to talk about some accessories. She remembered our last conversation and where we lived and everything. So, we already have been treated like family. I cannot recommend them enough and so glad our neighbor told us about them.

We were recommended to go RnR by some friends and had a great experience. Not a pushy sales feeling in there like many places are whenever you are looking to buy anything. Gary was our guy and he educated us more than try to 'sell us' on anything. I felt confident that I didn't even need to look elsewhere. I appreciated that never during the buying process or after we bought our tub did Gary seem remotely bothered by my endless e mails or phone calls. It's a good feeling knowing that I can call him anytime to ask for advice about my hot tub and that he is always pleasant and willing to help and you don't feel like a bother. For an indecisive person it was easy to narrow down what our priorities were in a hot tub, and what extras we didn't need and felt no pressure to add on.
