I'm having a horrible customer experience! I hired this law firm to help close on a townhouse purchase. They still have funds held in trust from the previous owner and I have been trying for over a week to talk to someone about this. I have tenants in the townhouse who are waiting for the work to be completed. I'm unsure how to access the funds and my paralegal won't call me back. I may have to explore how to escalate this issue.

*update: a month later and I still haven't heard back from them
