This is the second house that Ian has sold for us. Both times Ian got us more than the asking price. It’s a nerve wrecking process selling a house. With his vast experience and knowledge of the industry, Ian makes the journey far less stressful (especially the negotiations part).

During the sale of the latest house, we lost our lawyer and Ian went far beyond usual realtor duties. With the possession date looming he quickly found another (great) lawyer and we were still able to meet the possession date deadline. Thank you sooo much Ian.
