Robertson's Plumbing & Gasfitting

Wanted to use a local company. Originally very happy with the work. The technician determined there was a a small leak in the collector box.
Quickly paid the invoice for the I initial work.
Technician was to get me a quote for the repair. Two weeks later I phoned the office as I heard nothing. They had not done the quote. I was told either the day of that phone call or that week I would be contacted with the quote.
5 weeks in total since the visit and still no returned call or quote.
Won’t use or recommend them to anyone that asks.

We hired them to install our garage heater. 2 guys came and they were professional and got the work done quickly. At the 2 hour mark they said they were basically done, only needed to install 1 more part (which they didn’t have in their truck). They left and a while later one of the guys came back for 10-15 minutes to quickly finish the job. They did less then 3 hours of work but we were charged 4 hours! They also overcharged us for all the parts. We are not impressed and will not use them again.

Used Robertson a few times for plumbing, heating and just today for AC. We always had fast and great service. I believe their prices are compatible and the quality of work is outstanding.

I had a plugged pipe in my bathroom, called Robertson's and Dale was there to fix it within an hour. He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. After a short period of time, Dale fixed the problem and educated me so I don't create the same issue again. Highly recommend!

I had great Service from the 2 Fellows that came to my house for a gas fitting! Very very pleased! They were very professional, even with the things that transpired during their visit! Had Robertson Plumbing guys in today to change out our hot water tank and they did an awesome job! I’ve been using this company for over 40 years and they give the best service with zero problems! I used Robertsons for a hot water tank repair / replacement. They were on time and responded quickly to needs. The 2 gentlemen were very knowledgeable and friendly and took me through all my options and once decided they performed the work very fast and took the time to teach me everything I need to know about my new tank

From the sales rep to the technicians the company was fast friendly and efficient

The plumber himselft was fabulous. Once he got there, late due apparently to the office scheduling snafu, he was quick, professional, and cleaned up after himself. The price was reasonable as well.

The office staff - the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rude, dismissive, and talked over me. Apparently the bookkeeper runs the show but says she doesn't know anything and no one else is ever available. You can ask for someone to call you back but no one will.

Too bad they are the face of the company.

I had contractors discover toilet leaks 40 min out of town while installing flooring. This put the flooring on hold and robertson’s techs were all busy, but they pulled one guy and sent him out to this property so that leaks could be fixed and flooring continued. Excellent customer service!

Robertson's did excellent work on my bathroom leak. The tech, explained every step they were doing, and gave me options on how I wanted to proceed. Having a spouse who is a mechanic, I understand the standard rate to diagnose a problem, prior for fixing it. Unfortunately, no one works for free, so appreciated the tech taking the time to answer my questions before they proceeded doing the work. The office staff explained my invoice questionI and were a delight to speak with. I will be using Robertson's again.
