I carried in a small trailer tire that needed a new valve stem.
They did not put the vehicle on the hoist and remove the tire.
One side of the tire was broke down and a new vale stem installed. At the most a 5 minute job $4.95 vale stem, $5.00 environmental surcharge, $45.00 labour $3.00 shop supplies and $2.90 GST for a total of $60.00.
I do not mind paying for service but I do not like getting ripped off.

Been bringing our vehicles here for as long as I can remember. They are always honest and reliable and get work done as quick as possible.

The first two times we came here were after being at dealerships where we were told a laundry list of services were needed. Each time, the staff at Robins went through the list and told us why 60-80% of it was entirely unnecessary or way too early. We stopped going to the dealership. This establishment is trustworthy, reliable and fair. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a reason all these reviews talk about trust!

Absolutely fantastic! I have been using them since 2010 and have sent my whole family there. Bonnie and Chris are wonderful to deal with, always honest and up front with all work done. Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Fixed issue with my Brother's car, but did not identify it on first inspection despite us telling them what we suspected problem was. After returning it was fixed.

I’ve been a repeat customer of Robin’s since I discovered them about 4 years ago. They always do exceptionally good work, are reasonably priced and are conveniently located in Sherwood Park. My only quibble is they’re sometimes book up 3 or 4 days out but that’s a testament to their fantastic service. Highly recommended

Very friendly! Was able to fit me in before I was supposed to have my car seen! The repairs took them under 2 hours, which beyond exceeded my expectations! Bonnie is absolutely lovely! They were honest about the charges and what was needed to be fixed! Will definitely be back in the future!

Sherwood Ford quoted >$1000, Robin's charged way less for a rear brake job. Dealership also said I needed front brakes soon, Robin's said my front brakes are in very good condition. I'm going to stick with Robin's from now on - they've demonstrated honesty and value.

Had the truck in for a windshield replacement. The work was done fast and as promised. Also, I didn't mention it but one the the tires was low and the warning display was on, when I picked the truck up they had filled the tires, warning display gone. I didn't notice until I got home.saved me from having to stop at shell and do it myself. Thanks Robin's! I'll be back!

Good place, I recommend. Friendly staff, my dog was welcome, price was fair. I feel that I miscommunicated what I wanted done, but that's on me, not them. I should have worn my hearing aid. I'll definitely return for any mechanical needs in future.

If you live in the park I would highly recommend Robin's automotive for all your repairs and maintenance work. My vehicle broke down on the way to pick up one of my children he had it in by the afternoon and fixed before close I couldn't have asked for anything more thank you guys so much really appreciate everything and I will see you in the future for all my maintenance repair needs thank you
