Very positive experience working with Al (the service technician), Harry (the salesperson) and Ved and Mike (the installers). Ved and Mike came out in-38 weather without a word of complaint. They were pleasant, took time to expalain things and very nice to work with. The work looks good and it is nice to have heat!

Al and Ved provided an outstanding service with furnace and hot water tank repairs. Highly recommend them to all.

I am very happy with service that I have received from Rob’s Albertan. I didn’t have hot water over the weekend and when I checked my hot water tank, there was a leak on the humidifier that was installed that caused some flooding in my basement. I then phoned Rob’s Albertan as they have a sticker on my furnace with their emergency phone number attached and got a hold of somebody right away. I was told that an on-call person is going to come by although there was no specific time mentioned. I was okay with it since it was Sunday afternoon and I was just happy that somebody was actually coming to my house to check what’s going on. The gentleman named Lance phoned me after about 30 mins later to let me know that he is coming in about 45 mins. He came mostly on time - checked my hot water tank and true enough it was broken because of the water leaking from the humidifier that was already old and short-circuited some wirings on the tank. Long story short, I was told I needed a new hot water tank and Rob’s Albertan has an option for me to purchase a new one from them or rent a new one for $21 a month. Just because I don’t have an instant $1799 to purchase a new one, I then opted to rent a new one instead. I was charged that day for the service but since I am renting from them, the money will be returned to me after the hot water tank was installed. After Lance was done with his work that afternoon, Ben - the sales person came to my house couple of hours later for me to sign all the paper work for the hot water tank rental. My new hot water tank was then installed by Josh and Jason the next day who are both friendly and efficient with their job. The entire process was fast and these guys are reliable. I am glad that I phoned them first when I needed help. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently had Rob’s Albertan Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing install a new furnace in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team, led by technicians Ved and Liam was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. If I had any questions they answered them no problem and they always informed me of what they were doing, and showed me how everything worked before they left. Rob's Albertan Service Experts installed a Heat Pump, furnace and hot water tank for us. The install went seamless and on time and the installers Dustin and Tayvin were professional and left their work area very clean. They explained everything they were installing and answered all our questions. We are very happy with our decision to go with Rob's Albertan Service Experts.

From a frustrated 4 yr customer:
1. Company is American NOT even Canadian.

2. First payment for rental furnace took 4 months to come out. I called every month to ask why.

3. Furnace did not pass code at first install and they needed to come back to install a vent.

4. It will take you 7 years before you pay off a cent of your furnace.

5. Your annual service and filters you will have to chase them down multiple times every single year and even when a review on Google is responded to, no action takes place.

I'm at multiplecalls from both my husband and I and emails for a service that is now 6months overdue. Robs Albertan instead of replying to this and ignoring my calls. Please deal with our emails directly.

Had our annual inspection today, our technician Kiana was very pleasant and professional. We are pleased with Rob's Albertan and we are on a monthly payment plan for our annual inspections.

Had a great experience with Mike from Robs Albertan. They were punctual and went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and I was totally satisfied 5 Stars to Mike.

Incredibly unethical, sketchy. My husband was informed there would be a $125 call out fee to come and look at furnace. In the end they charged $263, more than double because a diagnostic fee is also included which was NOT noted or voiced as an expectation. No parts and labor, just for a service representative to say the heat exchanger is broken, 20 minutes of time. This is an absolute garbage steal and disgusting. We have phoned twice and informed we would hear from a manager to get refunded, we have yet to receive a call. All around unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this company. That was enough to go with a different company, who knows what they would decide to charge at time of install.

We had Matthew and Morgan in to install a Water Softener, Reverse osmosis Filtration System. All went according to plan and they made short work of the job. We now have water that so soft that its amazing and the water from the Reverse Osmosis system is great.its like drinking bottled water without the cost. Thank you to both of the installers from Albertan Heating.

We just had AC installed and couldn’t be happier with the work. Dustin and Josh were neat, thorough and efficient and were able to put the unit just where I asked without it being intrusive in my yard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company for HVAC needs.

I am very pleased with the installation on my new two-stage, high efficiency Lennox furnace and new water heater. Mike D and Liam S.did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. They were on time, efficient and courteous. They put down protective carpeting from the front door to the furnace room and they cleaned up all of their debris as well as the old furnace and water heater. They also gave me a full briefing on the new furnace and water heater and showed and explained to me the ductwork on the outside. They stayed as long as I had questions. I'm glad I chose Rob's Albertan and I'm especially pleased with the monthly payment financing option.

Paid $270 dollars for a tech to come and not do anything. The problem came back later that night when valve started to malfunction again with error code. When technichin was at the house he was not familiar with out tank even though it is supplied by their company and is still under warranty.
Worst value ever.

Ian from Rob's Albertan (Allen helped too), recently replaced our HRV, which I'm not certain ever worked. But now it works perfectly. Over the years, Ian and his team have repaired or replaced our malfunctioning radiant-heating boiler, domestic flash-boiler, air handler, and I think maybe the A/C unit too. I've worked with many mechanical companies. All have caused me stress, except Rob's, and especially Ian. I call only Rob's now, and I request Ian. Requesting a specific technician obviously takes much longer to schedule, but my serenity is worth the wait. Besides, if the other technicians run into problems, Ian will likely show up anyway in the end. It's just more efficient.

My blower motor on the furnace has some issues. Called to get an assessment and quote done. The receptionist told me 125 for the service call. Then after the tech was done at my house, he billed me for 260, saying that just the callout cost 125 (basically to show up at your door, 125!). The additional 125+ tax was for the 10-15 minute diagnostic he performed. I would have liked to have been informed about the real price before they dispatched. Furthermore, I called for a fix, not for an additional salesperson to show up with the tech, stay longer and try to sell me on Rob’s Albertan rent to own business model and up sell me on other household components that I did not enquire about. The quote I received seemed very high 1/3 the total value of RBs replacement option with all sorts of discounts if we joint the club. My furnace is 5 years old and not in need of replacement.
