I just happen to drop off my car at their Calgary head office today. As usual, the staffs were fantastic and had a very pleasant experience dealing with them. Luna and Gracie were prompt, took the photos of my car, briefed me on their policies. They were very accommodative when they realized I am a returning customer and did not create any fuss on the luggages in the car. I had an important office call to take and Gracie was gracious enough to accommodate my request and offered me a space to take the call. Overall, very happy with my experience with Roca. Now, I await my car to be delivered safely in Ottawa.

This is my first time ever getting a long distance car towed, and Roca has made it easier than ever. They were so accommodating and really helped me ease the nervousness of bringing my car across provinces. Finally a shipping company that delivers a very smooth experience with exceptional prices. My SUV is shipped with Roca from Montreal to Calgary with almost 500 lbs of cargo inside due to moving out. First, their price range is, I believe after contacting many other companies, is the best across all other shipping companies, specially better than those available in Quebec. Second, They have absolutely the nicest staff ever, explaining everything in detail and giving detailed and timely updates over emails and phone, as promised.

At the end, the car is received without a scratch and all cargo inside is there without any losses. They even gave a good wash for my car before delivery. I can not be more happier, thank you so much ROCA staff.

It was an awesome experience shipping my Highlander with the Roca Team. Initially, the booking was full for the period I wanted my car shipped so I made reservations with another carrier (which was a nightmare) but eventually, Roca was able to accommodate my car and I was MORE THAN HAPPY to cancel to the reservation with the other carrier, forfeit the deposit and go with Roca.

From the Sales/Customer Support Staff - (Cris & Gracie) to the Driver, everyone is very courteous, professional and honest. Communication was great - every time I called, there was always someone to answer my questions and provide me with accurate updates.

Drop-off and Pick-up locations are communicated way in advance and the actual hand-off with the driver was seamless. My car arrived on time (4 days) and without any scratches or issues.

I used Roca to ship my car from Ontario to Alberta. It was a great experience as everything went smoothly and as described in the quote I received from them in the beginning. It was very convenient to pick up the car from Kingston where I live at no extra cost as opposed to other companies that asked me to deliver the car to either Toronto or Ottawa. They allowed me also to put my luggage in the car which helped me booking a cheap flight with no luggage. Cris was awesome answered all my questions and concerns throughout the process. I received my car in Calgary in exact condition. I highly recommend this company and will use it again for sure.

Had my car moved from Calgary, AB to London, ON. This company was extremely professional and had excellent communication throughout the move. For someone who had never shipped a car before, finding the right company was a source of worry and concern. It took me a week comparing quotes, services and reviews of many car shipping companies before I finally decided to go with Roca Car Hauling.

They offered me by far the best quote, answered all my questions and explained all the terms and conditions of the service. When the driver (Roberto) picked up the car, he made sure to capture pictures of the vehicle and handled the car very carefully. The office kept me updated with the shipment progress.

Cris greeted me upon arrival to pick up the car and was very courteous as usual. Not only were they able to ship the car from Quebec to Alberta in less than 4 days but it was delivered without a single scratch.

Roca Car Hauling went above and beyond of what was expected. They did everything and more, I bought my car brand new and I didn't know they top cross bars needed a special key to be removed, or even that they could be removed, Roca needed to have them removed and they did everything possible to find the right tools to remove them. They have been extremely communicative with me, keeping me in touch at all time.

We are in the middle of the flood and still they manage to get my car!

They also accommodated us when our pick up location changed (as we had also hired them to provide us with door-to-door service). Outstanding experience with this car hauler. Excellent communication (thank you Cris!) with clear instructions from start to finish moving my Subaru crossover from Toronto to Edmonton. Roca is simply the best! They picked up my car from Vancouver on Monday and delivered it to me in Toronto on Sunday.
