One of the best salons ever! Tracy is amazing at what she does. The crew at RIO are so down to earth, atmosphere is awesome and not pretentious at all. Highly recommend Tracy or any of the other skilled stylists.

Just went here for the first time. Tracy did such a nice job:) There was a great atmosphere there as well.

This was my second visit to see Haley. First time I wanted a totally different style. I went with a couple different pictures. Haley listened and did exactly what I wanted.
Went back today for a trim and made a suggestion how I wanted a couple changes. Once again she listened and was very accommodating. I will continue to see her in the future.

Today was my first time seeing a new stylist in about 20 years, so I was hesitant but eager (mine has retired).

I was delighted to have been matched with Sarah for a cut, colour/ foil (all the fancy terms) as she was personable, fun and asked the questions to bring out what I wanted - when knew I wanted change but wasn’t sure what exact change I wanted. Sarah, I felt, did exactly what I (the customer) wanted and envisioned it when I couldn’t really describe it.
Enjoyed my shampoos and the accompanying scalp massage.
I enjoyed the fact product was shown to me but at no point did I feel the pressure to purchase, so this of course led me to purchase not only shampoo, conditioner but also 2 coloured whip mouses.

The salon itself was immaculately clean, staff friendly and from overhearing other clients- everyone was happy.

I’ll be back. You should try them out too.

I booked with Haley based on her reviews and she was so great! She was kind and polite. She understood my hair problems and educated me on how to fix them. She’s doing my hair colouring for my wedding! This is a nice salon with a vast array of products, everyone is very friendly.

Monika and Amanda did the makeup and hair for my wedding and everything turned out absolutely stunning. Rock it out was soo easy to work with and made myself, bridesmaids and mothers all look soo beautiful. Highly highly recommend for your wedding.

Johanna was amazing! She fixed my failures and I really love my hair! Tracy was very sweet, she did a great job on my eyebrows and styled my hair beautifully. The salon was very clean and I had a tasty coffee while my hair was getting done. The price was also so very reasonable for what I had done and I will now be a regular even though it's a 30 minute drive. Not eno good things can be said about Rock It Out!

Took my daughter here to get her hair cut.which led to me getting my hair cut, which led to my OTHER daughter getting her hair cut.for grad! We were served by a different lady every time so I can say I sampled the tray and they're all fantastic! Walk in salon with a walk out guarantee of feeling so fabulous you'll hit a "hair toss check your nails" on the way out!

Writing this review after my second visit to this salon!
It's safe to say that Haley is now my go-to stylist for haircuts.

The first time I went to her, I was just looking to get a simple trim done since I hadn't had a proper one in over a year. I didn't want too much taken off; just dead-ends really. Although a pretty simple job, she listened to what I wanted and also checked in with me to see how attached I was to the length of my hair since it was quite long, which I really appreciated.

This time around, I actually wanted a change! Length and style-wise. Found a few reference pics of some wispy, curtain bangs and showed them to Haley. Told her that I wanted something different, yet still low-maintenance. Just like last time, she asked me if I was still attached to my long hair. This time, I said no and to take off however much she felt would suit me. She still made sure that I was content with the length that it would be at before actually making the cut. She added lots of layers to give it more bounce and volume, which is just what I wanted. And when it came to the bangs/front pieces, I think she could tell that I was still a little unsure of the commitment that comes with bangs, so she took her time with it; cutting little by little until we reached a length that I felt most comfortable with. She told me to play around with my new style first and in a couple weeks or so, if I still really wanted the bangs, to come back for a complimentary trim. Since I trust her judgement, I agreed with her.

Long story short; I really like the client/stylist relationship that I have developed with Haley. There is consistent communication and honesty, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend Haley at Rock It Out:)

First experience was wonderful! Tracy was friendly and experienced, and I am loving how well she cut my hair. Found my new stylist after years of trying new places!

Tracy cut my hair yesterday and I feel like a new person. I’m elderly and my hair was long and it no longer had a shape so I went to Rock it Out Salon. Tracy gave me a cut and style that I absolutely love and it is so easy to manage. She took the time to ask questions and figured out a cut that suited me & required very little fussing in the morning. I walked out of their feeling so happy and the family loved it. Hayley is awesome! She gave me the exact look I wanted with my haircut that no one has ever been able to achieve and I love it’ my hair looks beautiful right after my haircut and while it grows out. I drive al the way from the south to see Hayley and book my appointments for the year all at once!

Hailey is the stylist who helped me out on my visit and the stylist who I am booked with again. Similar to the other recent reviews of her with me she took her time absorbed my story of the history of my hair and asked questions regarding my plans for my hair, and gave good suggestions and product recommendations for us to try and revive and take care of my hair going forward. She was very kind and I look forward to my next appointment with her!

I'm always so nervous about going to get my hair cut because I've had bad experiences before at other places. Hayley was fantastic and she listened to what I wanted but also asked plenty of questions and made sure to explain everything to me and give me advice. She even took the time to recommend some products to me and I never felt rushed. She was able to work wonders on my thin and fine hair, my cut looks amazing, I'm so happy. I will definitely be returning here 10/10 service and exactly what I wanted. My confidence has improved because I feel so great!

I butchered my hair at home after following a tiktok trend i saw online and came and got my hair fixed here and lemme tell you BEST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! My hairstylist asked me constantly if i liked the length and the amount of trim.my haircut and style turned out AMAZING! I definitely recommend coming here. Joanna cut my hair! Thank you joanna:)!

Monika is truly a professional. I thought I was getting a good haircut before, until I went and visited her salon at rock it out and what a difference. She's honestly the best. I had an appointment with Amanda yesterday at 6: 30. She’s cut my hair once before and it went well so I decided to return. She didn’t end up cutting my hair until 7: 40! I waited a whole 70 minutes while she was working with another client. I don’t know if she double booked herself or if she was just running behind, but it was truly so inconsiderate of her to not let me know that she was running an hour late. I could’ve rescheduled for another time, I was responsible for picking up my sister who finished work at 7: 30 but I was so out of the loop of when I would get my hair done so I ended up making a bunch of calls trying to get someone else to pick her up. I should’ve just left, I know, but I didn’t want her to finish with her client and then see that I was gone. I recognize that this is a professional setting and bailing on the spot is not okay. Wish she had the same mindset toward me. I was waiting and waiting and I wish I just got up and left had I known that I wouldn’t even receive a genuine apology. A girl (I didn’t get her name) was really nice and washed and blow dried my hair while Amanda was taking ten years to finish up her client. I noticed this girl was taking her sweet time because obviously Amanda signalled her telling her to stall me, which is kind of rude.just come to me and say you need more time! Finally Amanda finishes with her client, and as she’s walking passed me to the till to cash her out, all I get is a “Sorry hun, ” as if I’d only been waiting 5 minutes for her. As she’s cashing out her client, she’s taking her sweet time. Even her co-workers noticed how long I’d been waiting, and one of them even offered to cash out Amanda’s client so she can finally get to me. Nope, she stayed sitting there and didn’t allow her coworker to cash out her client, wasting more of my time. Anyways finally 70 minutes go by and I’m in Amanda’s chair. I asked her how long this cut will take and she said it usually takes her about 45 minutes. I then politely, and respectfully explained to her that It would’ve been nice if she had let me know that there would be an hour+ wait, and that I would’ve just rescheduled. All she said is “that’s true, I’ll let you know next time. ” No apology, nothing. Seriously so unprofessional. As I was paying, I obviously didn’t plan on giving a tip, because duh she made me wait 70 minutes and couldn’t even sincerely apologize about it, but I then decided to give her one anyway (completely regret). Then, right when the receipt printed out and she noticed I had left her tip, she finally decided to say “sorry about the wait, have a good night”. Almost like she wasn’t even going to apologize if I hadn’t tipped, she seems quite greedy for a tip she did not deserve. The rest of the staff seemed kind and I would consider returning, just not to Amanda. The haircut itself is fine, and I really liked Amanda the first time I visited rock it out, but she doesn't know how to appreciate or respect her customers! I wouldn’t have left this review if 1) She had let me know how long the wait would be, I completely understand that things happen sometimes, just don’t leave me sitting on the side wondering, RUDE! 2) If she acknowledged how long she had me waiting and apologized for it. She really needs to improve her customer skills. So inconsiderate.

I 100% recommended Hayley. I came in with self done layers (badly done) and she still managed to hit every mark on what i wanted! I have always been more dreading to go to previous hair appointments at other salons but I am very excited for my next appointment with Hayley. It was a very nice change for me especially with such good pricing. I have very long hair and I was shocked at how little I was charged for such excellent work! Normally my long hair tends to rack up a high price! Will for sure recommend to friends and family:)

I had Haley do my cut and color today. I went from long hair to shoulder length with blonde highlights. I requested a honey and caramel color. And she mathched it perfectly to my photo. She spent quality time with my blowout. And was easy going. And fun to chat with. Her orices were great l. If your looking for great service, shes your girl. And if your looking for a great salon, i definatley reccomend this one.

I went in as a new customer (a walk-in at that) and was treated as such. Hailey was my hairdresser and she made my rare visits to a hair salon into a common occurrence. She spent ample time with me on how I wanted my hair cut and coloured. She even got help from the other staff. They made sure I got the write colour and at the right price for me. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and amazing. I highly suggest them as a new regular: D

The salon is absolutely stunning! Always warm and inviting, upon arrival I'm always asked if I would like a drink or if I need anything. The staff is always friendly.
I see Kate and she is amazing at what she does. All the staff work well together and the place is always nice and clean. I would recommend the salon to anybody looking for a new one.

Wonderful first experience. Linda happened to be free for a walk in (I’m terrible for planning stuff) and was able to figure out from my description how to cut and style my hair beautifully. Lady was nice but color job is not. Said no orange tones for the blonde color. Got home and my hair is patchy and has brassy orange patches in places. When she showed me at the salon she brushed it all back and I couldn't tell. Balayage is not blended nicely at all. Waste of money and time. Definetly wont be going back here.

If you are looking for a great salon look no further! I love my hair dresser at Rock it Out Salon. Kate is amazing. I’m usually very fussy about my hair but she know exactly what I like and there is nobody else I would trust. The front staff at the salon are always super welcoming, as well as any of the other stylists who greet you when you arrive. The pricing is fair for the quality of work, you definitely get what you paid for!

All in all if you are looking for an amazing salon this is the place to go!
