This store boasts a full cave bear skeleton as well as some massive amethyst geodes like the “angel wings”. There are fossils and gemstones galore. This is a great place to pick up some gemstone jewelry.

They have alot of verity, well marked with both prices and what the products are. They have budget friendly items and then some splurge items and everything in between. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great store for fossils, gems and jewelry likely to occupy your children or the child in you. Staff are cool too.

All the staff were extremely helpful, they had a big selection (especially of amethyst, rose quartz, flourite and selenite) they had jewelry, raw stones, tumbles, geodes, points, towers, hearts, they also provided a certificate of authenticity and packed my crystals nicely

Very happy with my purchases here. The prices vary but overall, I found them extremely reasonable. They generally have stuff for anyones budget. Great options to buy Christmas, birthday gifts, stock up on crystals for religious reasons, etc. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Do read the signs though and understand that due to covid, all items, if not, most are final sale.

Very nice store located on the centre of the town of Banff. It has a very good selection for all your jewellery needs. Natural stones are presented in a good variety and sales associates are very helpful and very friendly. Super happy with my purchases there!

Was in Banff for the weekend and I popped into rock paper silver late Friday night and didn’t plan on buying anything but tow girls were working one with an accent and they both were able to tell me lots about all of the different types of crystals and what they were good for and I was able to find a souvenir. I will definitely go back here when I go back to banff.

I was looking for a wrist mala in Canmore as I recently moved into the valley. After not finding what I wanted in Canmore I reached out to this store via phone. I had a great conversation on the phone with the staff and had to drive in to see what they had to offer. I was not disappointed.

Steph and Ram were so inviting, knowledgeable, understanding, and accommodating from the moment I entered until I left. I ended up staying for almost an hour while Steph made me a custom meteorite bracelet which she admitted never having done before. It turned out beautifully and I honestly couldn’t be more excited about it.

Super hot location due to being in Banff. Good selection on gems and rocks but priced very high. Example, beaded bracelets of labradorite for 69$ and only 6mm in size. Honestly all the beaded bracelets were over priced.
Very busy location, tourism is hot and people touch everything. No enforcement of hand sanitizer use. Staff are helpful but overwhelmed due to lots of traffic in the store. Visit on weekdays instead of weekends. I liked the amethyst wings at the front of the shop, but they should be in the back. It holds up traffic when people are entering the store and have to wait for others to take photos.

A great place with a wide assortment of stones and silver and amazing staff. Stop in and see these amazing pieces.

I bought 7 pieces of jewelry yesterday. I was very happy with everything. This morning not even 12 hours later I found that the stone bracelet's elastic string was broken. I called them and the answer is, due to covid we don't do returns and refunds and hang up. This is NOT the right way to treat a customer. I CANNOT imagine if I would have bought a more expensive item (in the thousands $$) seriously people? The stones may look nice, but the policy should be changed.what a disappointment, imagine someone coming from far away places. "sorry come and spend your money but if there is a problem.we don't care. " that is how it feels.
