Great bagels! Great store. We had breakfast bagels BLT and a quiche both were great. Stop in you will be happy you did!

Okay, AWFUL. Sorry! Yes, we are coming from NY and the US where we have literally mouthwatering and world known bagels and ingredients, but we came with an open-mind since we stayed at the lodge next door so it was a practical thing to do, but this is terrible. We ordered warm and toasted bagels and they were cold, the bagels are thin (maybe that’s a Canadian thing though), the ingredients were just okay but some of the produce on our bagels (like lettuce and tomatoes) were literally dirty and not washed! Like what? The atmosphere is nice and being in the center of the mountains which is why I assume people love it here, but for $30 for two cold, not made well bagels… I would never do it again or recommend it for those that truly want something nice and warm.

Everytime we come to Canmore, we try to come here either for a quick bite or to pick up some bagels to bring back home for friends and family. Rocky Mountain has great thin bagels that aren’t overly filling and bloaty like regular store bought ones. I ordered the salmon bagel (the Laux) and it was the perfect size for me, with the perfect amount of light cream cheese and thin salmon. I also really enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee that came with cinnamon - I highly recommend getting it! It’s great to see that they’re also selling various types of local/Canadian products like the Thunder Bay hot sauce!
Be prepared to wait in a long line to get in and make your order especially on weekends or during holiday periods. In the summer, there’s a great upstairs patio to enjoy your bagel and basque in the mountain sunlight.

Great breakfast spot! I loved their salmon one amongst the others we tried.very fresh bagels!
I would’ve liked having free coffee refills like in Panera bread but they had a note stating refills would be lesser price.

This is a very busy place, be prepared to stand in line

Note: there is no parking here, we were staying in a hotel next to this so we walked but if u come on a car, there is a near by square of shops where u could probably park.they could do something about parking though

Bagels were mediocre at best. Views were great on the rooftop. Maybe that’s where their lettuce is from.
We had the original bagel sandwich and the mountaineer. Bagels were so thin, equivalent to the “bagel thins” you’d find in most grocery stores. In fact those grocery store bagels have more taste than these. Could barely taste the cheddar or everything bagels that we got. Also the lettuce and tomato looked old and just unappealing. You’d think for $13 per sandwich you’d get quality but that’s what happens when you come to a touristy area and expect decent food for expensive prices.

Bagel sandwiches had tasty, high quality ingredients. Bagels themselves were a little dry and small. Don't have many sweet options, but pretty good savory variety. Prices are on the high side. Flavored coffee was a little light on the flavor very opposite of many chain coffee places who over do it.

After a very long drive, we decided to try this place. Not a bagel person but this some good food and great hot drinks. The views from the roof top was amazing. They’re very busy but will do their best to serve you as fast as they can. Can’t wait to go back

Not as 6am fast as and slightly less hearty than bagel places back east, but good gravy the breakfast sandwich, coffee, and brownie were treats during my road trip. I'd gladly return!

The food was very tasty, I had the vegan delight and my husband had the original. My only suggestion would be to add sauce to the vegan delight, I added siracha to it and it made it much better. I also found that the beets did not really add anything to the bagel. The caramel macciato and Nutella hot chocolate were both delicious.

Every time we travel to or past Canmore we try to stop in and grab a bite here! Food has never disappointed, always super tasty. The bagels are so soft and fluffy!

Delicious food and fast service! My husband had the Greek, and I had the Amigo with a cheese bagel. Absolutely delicious. I also loved the huge glass of hot apple cider, and we enjoyed day-old muffins for $1.50. A great place to stop for a quality but relatively cost-effective snack in Canmore. The place was really busy, but our meal came super quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

Pretty good bagels. The staff was super friendly even though they were super rushed due to the lunch time crunch. The place has great decor and there are so many places to charge your phone.

I stop here literally every time I come to Canmore. My favorite bagels and juices. It's always busy but efficient even when short staffed.

Fresh bagels and coffee together is amazing. Before you even enter the store you are able to smell fresh bagels. Quality of the food and drinks are amazing. Atmosphere is great, lots of seating. These are some of the best bagels around!

They were short staffed (just like everywhere at the moment) so bit of a wait and it was a little pricey, but still we’ll worth it. Staff were friendly and food was great. Will definitely be going back.

This location is fantastic - much easier to get to than main street with lots of parking around it. Bathrooms are super clean. Seating is plentiful because there's a rooftop patio.

The line is long because they are short staffed right now. But food is still super tasty and fairly priced.

Really great service and tasty food. I got the caramel machiatto and it was one of the best I've had. The bagel was also delicious and prepared exactly like I asked. The service was great, friendly people. Also beautiful scenery all around. Truly recommend this place as a stop, even if you are going into Banff.

The ingredients are fresh, and the ambiance is nice and cozy. The taste of the food though, is average.
Maybe I don’t understand what a bagel should be like but I’ve had many in my life that I would gladly say delicious. These ones are just…plain? There is nothing too wrong with it, but it’s nowhere near “the best” as some comments said. After 20 mins wait in line and 10 mins wait for food, I was utterly confused by all the hype.
I wonder if it’s because of the lack of options in small town or the hikers are very hungry.
Again, there is nothing wrong with it. Maybe bagel with cream cheese would be different- all bagel sandwiches seem to come without cream cheese.

I thought it was very mediocre. The bagel was no better than a grocery store bagel. Not bad, but not great. Also, expensive.

Don't be discouraged by the long line, it's worth it. My family and I never leave Canmore without a bag of fresh bagels and their various cream cheese options.

Waited over an hour and a half in line for bagels to only wait 5 minutes for our food once we finally ordered. Staff were slow moving and didn’t seem to be trying to get things going faster. Witnessed very poor customer service with two other people, then had my own poor experience. Had my coffee handed to someone else as they called the wrong name and it had already been drank from. I was told that it was actually my coffee and we needed to switch. Thankfully this person was in the group of friends I was with so it was not a big deal for me, but it was very inappropriate for the worker to not immediately offer to fix the situation that she had done wrong. Was then asked if everything was ok in a very condescending tone, and was left. Overall was a very poor experience at a location that was supposed to be a good experience.

I've gone here before the new location. So I was wide eyed seeing the new one! Wow! How incredible. Everything tasted heavenly and it was such a vibe. I will tell everyone and their family and friends about visiting. There's always a line. But it's always more than worth the wait. ️

This is a great little spot for a quick and healthy breakfast or lunch. Nice and clean and well decorated.

I tried the egg, cheese and bacon breakfast sandwich on a multi grain bagel, and it was very good - definitely cooked fresh, with a nice bite to the bagel. Pretty standard as to the type of sandwich you can find elsewhere, but the freshness really set it apart for me, and was worth the few extra bucks.

Nothing fussy or fancy, but a casual spot to meet with friends or have a solo bite.

Bagels are fantastic! I always get the everything bagel with cream cheese. The service is really friendly and the ambiance of the restaurant is awesome. Food is always fresh and never fails to impress.

I absolutely can't recommend this place enough. Top tier breakfast. As an avid Bagel lover I was so happy to find this gem. Service is fast and the food is just fantastic. Only complaint is I can't ship some home!

Made my day. One of the best bagle sandwichs I've ever had. The Greek on a jalapino Bagel was so good I went back and got the mountaineer (pastrami) on rosemary. I can't decide what's better! Also their coffee is excellent and the staff great. Can't wait to go back!

I was originally against going here, I thought there was better options.how wrong I was! This place is incredible! Lots of options, tons of flavour, I can't get enough!

I had the cinnamon raisin bagel and my girlfriend had the everything bagel. They were really bad, very tough. My jaw hurt from all the chewing.

I live in BC and girlfriend is in Edmonton. The idea was to eat our bagels on the road. After she got home I called her and she mentioned her bad bagel and i echoed that. So one star from the both of us

Upon walking into the Rocky Mountain bagel company, I felt at home. Relaxing music, visuals of natural wood colours, smell of coffee and bagel made the environment super cozy, yet, this location was definitely not small in size… even with current covid restrictions, you don’t feel like it’s empty.line ups existed but were dealt with very quickly with friendly service. There is also an upstairs patio that I haven’t explored but would love to next time… had a breakfast BCLT bagel with sesame bagel and my wife the same but with rosemary sea salt. Both were devoured. Highly recommended.

One of the best bagels I've had. I'm not a die hard bagel guy but deep vast menu of all sorts of eats. Grab a bag of bagels and cream cheese or stay for a meal. Wow this place was busy so expect line up

Loved the appearance of this place, great bagels. Would've loved if they had put what type of sausage they put on their bagels. Wasnt a fan of it.

Average bagels, great coffee selection. But coffee refills are not free? With the price you pay for your "cup" you should get at least one refill.

Study the menu before you go unless you want to hold up the line on a weekend morning crowd! Seating is plentiful but parking is limited

Nice inside. Staff was fast enough but they don't have this designed very well for efficiently. Because there is an entrance but it's confusing where the till is then after you order they make your food and don't have a pickup table.

Super delicious and cool! Glad we stopped here for breakfast. It was so popular there weren’t enough tables available - I wouldn’t call that a complaint because the location was reasonably sized but it’s definitely an example of how popular this place is. Will always come here for fresh bagels while we are in the Rockies!

Great bagel spot in Canmore. They probably have the best bagels and cream cheese in Alberta. Friendly and fast service with great views on the patio upstairs.

Coffee is great here too. Decent enough room to sit inside but if the weather is nice patio is the way to go. Not much parking at this location though.

Everything on the bagel is microwaved right there in front of the cash register. Honestly, their sausage and egg is gross. I didn't even eat half of the sandwich.

The good—lots of options. The bad—the bagels are flat and small. Not a NYC bagel. A plain bagel is $2. With cream cheese is $6. But there was only a small smear of cream cheese. Crazy that that was a $4 upcharge! Terrible. Fine flavor. Just keep your expectations in check!

Nice atmosphere, intriguing mix of breakfast options. Broad selection of drinks. Nice assortment of bagels. They have 3 or 4 parking spaces, so walk if you can. Prices are high-$6 for a bagel with cream cheese. And the cream cheese is spread so thin you can see the bagel through it.

Decided to come here on our last day in Canmore. I ordered the Eggel with jalapeno cheddar bagel, The Amigo with honey wholegrain bagel, parmozza bagel with plain cream cheese for my family. As for me, I requested that I just wanted the Lox (no egg) and they were very accommodating. Made me feel very comfortable even though there was a line slowly building up behind me, and I felt more nervous of taking too much time with my order. The bagels itself is denser than what you normally get in grocery stores, but it's a nice variety that isn't normally available elsewhere. Only downside, which has nothing to do with the company, is parking, it was very limited and only one way in/out.
