The hygenist did a good job, but I had some challenges communicating with the clinic. On multiple occasions I felt pushed into booking another appointment though it didn't work with my schedule. I would have preferred the clinic to let me know that the dentist didn't work during the evening, and to let me know that I would best be helped at a different clinic. Instead, I felt as if they weren't transparent with me in order to keep my business.

I went there for a year and here’s a few things I’d like to share:
- The dental hygienist was lovely however, the cleanings were quite aggressive and painful. I got the same feedback from people I know as well and they also ended up going elsewhere.
- I only saw the dentist for 5 minutes over the course of a year. I didn’t feel taken care of/like they “cared” about me as a patient. The new place I am going to took lots of pictures of my teeth, asked me a lot of questions, etc.
- They were always late for my appointments. I waited for 45 minutes one time and ended up being told that my appointment had been scheduled in between appointments when it shouldn’t have been the case… I just found it very disrespectful that they were wasting my time when they were well aware that I was working after my appointments.
- They told me I had gum disease when it wasn’t the case (confirmed by the new dentist I’m going to).
- They quoted me $3k to remove all my wisdom teeth. The new place I’m going to said that there was no need to remove the top ones and quoted me 1/5 of the price to remove the bottom teeth. To be fair, I was quite upset because I felt like this place was trying to scam me all along, glad I got a second opinion!
