Rod personally delivered a loaner vehicle to our house, and had it picked up once we no longer needed it. One of the easier dealerships to deal with. From start to finish they’ve helped. Only thing is if there is an mechanical issue with your vehicle make sure you get a video of it happening. Other than that it is a great place.

Words cannot express the appreciation I have for Rocky Mountain dodge, especially their service tech, Duncan. On our way to Revelstoke for a sledding trip our truck decided it needed a new injector, Duncan went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and got us back on the road. We needed a tire repair during our trip and Amanda helped get my truck into the garage right away. While we were waiting, Ben came over, offered us coffee and had a great conversation. In and out in half an hour with all tire pressures set correctly and a reminder to re-torque the tires. I highly recommend the folks at Rocky Mountain Dodge!

I traded in my 2017 Jeep Patriot for a 2019 Dodge RAM Tradesman 4x4 and I am very happy with the Sales crew for their extended work to search and provide me with what I was looking for at the payments level I was looking for. They are all very well trained and great at what they do! I also purchased a service contract which completely covered all my oil changes and tire rotations for 2 years! My last service visit to The “New” Rocky Dodge was a great experience. The service staff was very helpful, and the tech was amazing. I would recommend them for service work.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to take my 2019 Laramie there for a repair.at the time I mentioned the passenger side window had something wrong with it, and it needed a service. BUT that I needed it that day and for the weekend and I would book it in the following week to have it looked at and serviced. In the meantime, I was pretty ticked off that this truck that was less than 2 yrs old had left me stranded yet again. So, $615 dollars and one new battery, and I was on the road. I had finally had enough of my truck. (New transmission at 13,000 km, def issues, wouldn't start in the winter due to freezing off, Rocky mountain dodge neglected to hook the DEF hose back up during a service.) ETC ETC. I sold it on the weekend and got a call from the service department that they had a new window for me. (Was supposed to be just clips). I let her know I sold the truck and would let the new owner know. (Which I did). (He lives in a completely different town and drove a few hours to pick up the truck)
She just called me again and I gave her the new buyers number, as I hadn't heard back from him. She now says that he has to bring the truck to Rocky to have the work done. GIVE ME A BREAK! I didn't authorize the work yet, or request it! I said I would contact them the following week.

Two screws on my bolt cover on the rim are different sizes they stripped them now I can only get one screw on my rim.

I've never actually been to a nicer place to take my vehicle to. The parts and service department go above and beyond other places around. They don't give up till they get the problem solved! Adrian & Lani in parts check everywhere till they find what you need. Mike and Chad in service took me in when I didn't have an appointment and worked till they resolved my issues with my PT Cruiser.
