Kyle is the great inspector. He is very good at what he does. His thorough inspection reports have been valuable and a few occasions it protected my clients from massive financial risk.

In one example, Kyle highlighting a possible mold issue in an obscure part of the home allowed my client to save money as this issue ended up being material. We were able to apply sufficient holdbacks to reduce the risk for my client. When the issue was investigated further, there was mold that needed to be addressed and the cost was covered by the seller.

I feel the thorough nature of his inspections, allow the buyers an understanding of possible risks in the home. I will continue to use Kyle. My real estate agent colleagues would often joked that Kyle is a bit too good at his job. That is to say, he leaves no stone unturned in his inspections. Which is good for our clients.
