The staff accommodated our large party on short notice, and were very polite. Service was 5/5.
Chicken wings were just decent, food 4/5.

Okay, those cherry barbeque wings are a new favorite! It's a great spot for a happy hour with the house beers, good wings and dog-friendly patio. We also both talked about how good the service was!

The server Joy was the best part of our night. She was the best server I've had anywhere in ages. 10/10 recommend sitting in Joy's section if you can

Very very slow service. Every table was dirty. Even though there were very few patrons, there was no attempt to clean the tables.

I visited this business again this week on Wednesday, Aug. 09. I've been many times and have always enjoyed it.

As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. If I could rate the service we received a 10, I would. Truly incredible and this organization has a fantastic asset in its General Manager. Truly gifted at his craft.

I cannot say enough about the General Manager and the amazing service we received. The only better part was the food which was exceptional. They have a small patio out front which is great. Definitely worth the stop.

Yesterday afternoon the manager allowed some freak off the street into the patio, when she was clearly acting belligerent on drugs or who knows what. They manager served her multiple drinks after their own staff felt uncomfortable serving her. After 2 hours of this lady causing chaos on the patio, in front of multiple patrons, she threw her pint glass and shattered all over us.

Why is this behaviour behind tolerated and encouraged? She was clearly not in a state to be served alcohol nor should she have ever been let in the establishment. Ruined everyone’s experience to say the least.

Very understaffed and half the meal was very over cooked. My fried chicken tasted a lot like charcoal.

Great place good location. Food is spot on. Drinks are cold. Not to pricey. Great location

It's one of good places to grab a drink with your friends, but last time I've been there, the service seemed so off to me! I'll go back, but hope they do better by next time!

Have been there twice now. Dinner was average the first time. Second time, we came on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered 2 beers after waiting a few minutes. Waited 10 minutes before the server asked if we’d like a refill of our water. We were still waiting for the beers we ordered 10 minutes earlier. The place wasn’t exactly busy. Don’t waste your time.

Was walking down Jasper popped in for a quick couple drinks with a few friends and the vibe was great the manager was awesome. Definitely coming by again.

Nice place with mountainous theme. Got a patio area in the back but due to the rain the make shift tarp for protection wasn't working to well as water was falling through. Staff was accommodating. Didn't eat anything at the time but the Jasper cocktail was delicious.

We had the salt & pepper wings and an oreo cheesecake - absolutely perfect and delicious! Service was also very speedy, polite and attentive without hovering. 10/10 would recommend:)

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I was surprised to see it not busy on a weekend at 8pm. The music was too loud to be able to chat with my friends, but maybe I was in the wrong place for that.

Was told to sit anywhere by the wait staff. We sat for around 20 minutes with not even a look from a server before leaving. Disappointing to say the least

Went there for some drinks with a couple friends and we had Brooklyn as our server, she gave us some good drink recommendations and some good food recommendations as well! We had a blast there. She had really awesome knowledge of the menu and very on top of her game, and friendly and easy to talk to! Thank you we will be back!
