From start (Alex) to finish (Chris) the service provided by Rocky Mountain Pools and Spa has been 100% professional, efficient, perfect. Chris knows his hot tubs and can very quickly diagnose and repair even the trickiest malfunctions. We are very happy with the service we received:)

I bought my hot tub over 10 years ago at Rocky Mountain Pool and Spas, and have gone only to them for all of my hot tub needs.
I was having issues with an error code on my hot tub the last few days since getting a new pump installed and Chris came out within a couple hours of my email to look at it and see what it could be. It was a quick fix (for him) and he had it fixed in less than 15 minutes.
I am so happy with the customer service at Rocky Mountain, Alex in the service department responds right away to issues, and helps get service and delivery very fast. Chris is very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt with his service. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my hot tub looked at.

We had a pool service today Craig thibodeau was our tech that came out with his helper. Hands down awesome and amazing guys, this now our second service call with the company.

Our latest experience with Drew where he patiently explained the care and maintenance of our unit and was extremely patient with our questions was fantastic! Odering new cover was painful.
Firstly i asked you change acct info to my name, Debra, remove Dales, as he passed away 5 years ago. I am his surviving wife. Still have not done that. Cover came in Dales name

6 months to get this cover, with no explanation nomupdates unless I called or emailed, difficult to get response always to ask for updates. And yet you still charge the full amnt.
Have always liked your co, but this was all really disappointing service to me.

Just purchased an Aria hot tub from RMPS a couple of weeks ago. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of this company starting with our first visit to the showroom on a very quiet Sunday. Shauna Forman took care of us while explaining the various options and models. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with while guiding us through all the models. Once we decided on the model, they delivered it exactly when they said they would and the delivery guys, Jordan and? Were great. Everything was explained and they got the tub essentially ready for use the next day.

On the weekend Drew Christy put on his chemical seminar and showed us how to keep everything balanced. We have a salt water system that is different from the other tub we had. Drew has been great and very helpful as we work through everything, which has not been much.

We live in Canmore so going into Calgary today, I retested the water. Jill Marill took care of us today and she was as helpful as everybody else so far.

It's been a real pleasure to deal with everyone there. Oh, by the way we actually love the tub. I have been in it 12 of the first 13 days to try to rehab my back.

Their technician Wemby came over for a minor repair on our spa. He went above and beyond addressing the problem and answering our questions.

Chris from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas has fixed our tub twice now. Both times I appreciated his cheerful attitude. He was prompt and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes. Very informative, he answered all my questions about maintenance not even related to the repair call.

The service on my hot tub was excellent. Chris showed up on time, completed the repairs in a timely manner, and the invoice amount was exactly as quoted.

They really make it easy to own a hot tub. From the easy purchase process, the water maintenance class, free water testing and excellent service personnel. I had an issue with frozen pipes after the hottub was set up in -25°C weather. Wemby came out, thawed everything out and had it running in less than an hour. He was great!

Wemby did a great job of putting a new lid lifter on our spa! Informative and quick. Good demonstration after.

We booked a service engineer to visit to get the hot tub we inherited, with our new house, up to speed. We had an engineer with us within 48 hours and Craig was absolutely superb.
He brought the water quality up to the correct levels and then clearly explained how and what to use to keep it running well. He even adjusted the cover in the freezing cold snow for us. Highly recommended.

She had us try a pool in the showroom and we were so impressed with the underwater treadmill that we ended up selecting a model that included that feature. Absolutely thrilled with the new Vanguard we purchased in the spring, the quality and ease of use with the saltwater system is exceptional. Came in to look at options for a new spa, they were very informative and friendly! Definitely the best selection in town when it comes to quality and features!

After 10 years of problem-free enjoyment of our Hot Springs spa, we starting having some issues relating to the heater- always a concern in freezing weather. Alex made sure that the circulation pump was working (and would keep the pipes from freezing) and lined up Craig to service our spa. Did an excellent, fast job replacing it, and diagnosed other components that might need attention over the next season. Decided to replace the jet and circulation pumps to alleviate our worries over the winter- and likewise, Chris did an excellent job doing this work. All up and running again. My wife and I have finally replaced our hot tub after 21 years. We bought a Hot Springs tub many years ago and replaced it with another one this week - you just can't argue with the reliability that we have experienced with Hot Springs and the amazing service that we receive from Rocky Mtn Pools and Spas (RMPS). They are alway ready, Needed new lights for a pool, and with in a few days a custom order light was waiting for me. Alex knew what I needed from a picture and where to get it. Really great company to work with.

The team at Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas went over and above all expectations of service and professionalism in delivery and installation of my new spa. This is my second spa from RMPS and the challenge of removing my old spa and installing a new spa was not easy, given the fact that the spa was built into the deck/landscaping. RMPS provided a huge team to complete the job in a timely fashion, taking great care not to damage anything. A special thanks the owner, Andrew Kondi, who oversaw the entire project, unnecessarily, which was a bonus and much appreciated. Alex and the Installation Team did not leave until everything was complete and I was more than satisfied with the job. I would HIGHLY recommend Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas not only for their extremely high level of service, professionalism and passion for quality but their top of the line, high quality spas. The Team at the shop is always available to answer any questions I have and it is a bonus when they know you by name.

All services are in house, which is well worth the price. I went to a competitor and asked about the electric and reinforcing my deck for the tub, and he said "uuuuuh, I know a guy who could probably do it. " Forget that.
Once I purchased with RMPS, the in-house construction team came in one day for my deck, and the in-house electric/install team came shortly thereafter to plop in the tub. Easy! Oh yeah, ask for Shauna in sales if you are looking - top shelf service!

Almost a year ago I bought HotSprings Aria Spa and Finnleo Sauna from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas. My experience with them right from the buy till now have been super positive. Though I have a local spa store in Airdrie, I go only to this store (Calgary SW) to buy accessories or talk to the employees about the questions I have. They are super friendly especially Alex whom I have interacted few times. Alex is very professional and possess thorough knowledge in what he does. Their Products and customer service are second to none. I not only recommend this place the best, but I guarantee once you have used their products or service you too will look no further. Also I want to express my thanks to Alex for coming all the way to Airdrie to fix a small issue that too over the weekend during lockdown period and not charging anything.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have been there for maintenance purposes for the hot springs spa that came with my house and these folks have been fantastic.
They have recommended me great cleaning products, steered me in the right direction numerous times (even away from more expensive products just to ensure I get the best experience I can), diagnosed problems with me over the phone, and helped me install replacement parts.
If and when I purchase an upgrade to a larger spa, there is no question where I will go.
These folks know spas, and they are more than willing to share that knowledge with you to help you make the best choice you can.

THE « AUSTIN MARTIN » OF SAUNA AND HOT TUBS BUSINESSES. Scott is everything. I wouldn’t even know where to start. He’s perfect but mostly his heart is all over his commitment to make his clients beyond happy. I have a Finnleo Sauna. I could not be happier but the service I got the whole time AND EVEN NOW is what made it extra extra special. I will never forgot this experience. He is an exemple for anybody who wants to be successful.

We’ve been proud owners of two Grandee and currently a Vanguard Hot Springs hot tub over the last 21 years. From my experience they are definitely the best tubs on the market. They’re a quality made product and if by chance something goes wrong the Service Department has been extremely quick to respond to any service calls I have made. Case in point was 02/03/20 when I called to have them deal with a faulty circ pump. They couldn’t give me an exact time but promised they’d be out that day. Sure enough Alex showed up early afternoon and replaced the pump promptly under warranty. Not only was Alex more then willing to answer any questions I had he also provided a few tips to assist in future operation of my tub. Thanks for the ‘outstanding’ service Alex. Much appreciated!
