Rocky Mountain Soap Company

I absolutely love rocky mountain soap products, my brother and I suffer from eczema. The pumpkin soap has been a lifesaver for us both.

I loooove rocky, but i had a really phenomenal experience with Jan over the weekend.chinook on a saturday is always a bit daunting but she made me feel so welcome and seen.truly kind staff are rare (especially at the mall on a saturday), and very precious:)

I stopped in RMS on the weekend and had a great experience. The store was spotless. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Laura who was a wealth of knowledge and very patient in explaining several products I was interested in. Laura helped me select bath bombs, along with shampoo and conditioner for my hair type, and a wonderful face cream. I love that the products are all natural and it’s nice to know I’m supporting a local Alberta business.

Went in yesterday with my friend and the staff completely ignored us. They didn’t offer to help or any suggestions at all being that it was our first time it wasn’t a great experience. The whole time we were in the store the 2 ladies were just busy chatting and ignored the fact that the had customers in the store.

Used to love coming to this location, but it seems they had quite the staff turn over and the new manager is extremely rude. Used to get offered scrubs and have great conversation with the former staff, now I'm constantly followed and I feel harrased when I shop here cause everyone feels like they need to be glued to my hip

I love RMS products, they all work lovely especially for sensitive skin. As a person of colour though, I definitely feel as though I’ve been racially profiled in RMS, and I am constantly being stared at and followed around in the stores. It’s frustrating because I have no intent to steal. If they fixed this issue some of the employees have, it would be 5 stars! This goes for all RMS locations in Calgary, not just this one.
