One of the nicest shops in Canmore! I always make an effort to visit the Rocky Mountain Soap Co when I am in Canmore. I love their bath bombs and bath salts. They offers tons of great scents for all of their products.

Very nice products, but we were hoping for some kind of professional advise. Unfortunately the staff wasn’t enthusiastic or helpful at all.

The staff was very friendly and I really like the products! The place we stayed stocked them so we looked up and visited the store.

Have been buying their products for several years now since my first trip to the mountains in 2019. I had their products in a airBnB I stayed in. Since then I came to this location in Canmore to try new and different products. I am in love with the lemongrass line and now the new lemon spritz soap! Everything has natural ingredients and makes my skin feel and smell amazing. I have had so many compliments on their vanilla coconut daily oat lotion. Smells amazing! I always stop in at this location when I’m in Canmore or in the mall close by. Truly love RMSC products and will continue to support this local business. Everything they make, they put love and thought into.

So my partner bought the body wash (everything wash), the cap leaks like a dripping faucet. It's ruined everything in her carrying case (make-up, toothbrush/ paste, pills, q- tips, hair ties, etc) and now the SUV has an overwhelming aroma on the carpet in the trunk and cargo net. Half or over has gotten wasted. Just an added expense, hassle and inconvenience to try and find a store where we're camping way up in Northern Canada. Smells great! But too much you get a nasty headache/ migraine and we are both migraine sufferers, so it really is unfortunate, since it's meant to be a relaxing adventure and now we have to tend to our heads.

I bought a bath bomb from here and the water was so silky and luxurious omg I should have bought more than 1. I’ll definitely be getting some more online. I have not used the hand cream and butter long enough to do a review yet. I have bad hand eczema so will post a follow up.

Great experience. The staff was very helpful. We purchase the travel sized body butters, bath bomb and lotions.

The staff was so helpful, and made sure my sister and I had a really good understanding of all the products. Really appreciate the eco-consciousness of this place and their products as well!

I love the product but was very disappointed in the sales person. Was in Canmore April 19, had only a few minutes to run in and buy 3 gifts. I needed something for 3 Surgeons that I work with. To narrow down my search and buy quickly I asked the sales person " Do you have anything specifically for men? She responded with attitude "No, all our product is gender neutral " and I said "OK, but do you have anything that's more targeted to men? " She just repeated herself "no all our product is gender neutral " and stared at me. Obviously soap is gender neutral, I don't have an issue with that. But that was not my question and the salespeople there should still have an idea of preference or top sellers for specific purposes. At the very least she could have still pointed me in the right direction. She was no help and I left with nothing. Fortunately there was a store in Southgate mall in Edmonton, where the lady said a similar thing but then took me to a product and said " Alot of men enjoy this. " Thats the help and suggestion I needed. I bought 3 gift boxes. I'm all for company values and policies but you also need to still have a way of directing customers and give them helpful advice for their shopping and gifts purposes.
The ladies at Southgate we're fantastic and super helpful.

I really loved this shop and have been ordering religiously from them for years but all the prices have gone up significantly. Shipping used to be free of $35 purchase, now it's $50. I know the pandemic hit us all hard, but it also hit the regular Joe Blow customers hard too. They always tell us to "shop local, support local" but it's just getting to be too much if local keeps jacking their prices and I can get cheaper somewhere else. I will still order from them, just not nearly as much as I used to.

Very friendly staff, they do advise on what you may need. We just bought few soaps this morning.

Popped in for a few stocking staffers for family and found lots of fun reasonably priced options. I also picked up some face serum for myself. Great helpful staff to point you in the right direction.
