Where to start on this AMAZING experience…
I’m a bit late to the review as my partner and I came in June, but we will be coming back 100% so better late than never!
First off customer service 101%! The owner and the worker we met were amazing, patient and overall a vibe. We came to the shop around 6pm, they closed at 9 and we wanted a 4 hour ride which the owner was willing to stay until our time was up! After deciding we were too exhausted from a full day of travel, we opted for the next day. We got there, they provided demonstration on how to use it, reccomended trails. And let me tell you the 4 hours was 100000% worth the money, we had the best time and was an amazing different way to experience Canmore (much better than driving around). The 4 hours felt like a life time but my boyfriend and I both agreed we could have easily done a full day. Months later, we still talk about that experience and how we can’t wait to go back and do it all over again. I reccomend them to everyone I know going to canmore. Will for sure be back and a future customer for life can’t wait to see this small business grow to what it deserves to be.

These guys were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely rent here again.

Trent and his crew are simply the best there is at this. They know how to treat people, they know the area (which is super important if you aren't familiar with the local trails and options), and most importantly they know e-bikes in and out. The bikes on offer are maintained in great condition, the price is right, and you'd be hard pressed to find better customer service at any business in the Bow Valley.
I liked riding an e-bike so much that I own one now, but if you don't? 10/10, rent one here.

Great experience! The owner was super helpful even took the time to show us great paths to go down! Highly recommend!

Awesome e-bike rentals. Rode to Banff and back with 4 of us. The guys at Rocky MNT E-Kruise are super friendly and were great at getting us set up and explaining everything. 10 out of 10 would come back!
