The homemade cheese burger and fresh cut fries were awesome! The burger patty is quite thick, and you get a lot of fries, so I hope you're hungry!

The burger here was so good. The perfect amount of real ground beef, obviously not preformed patty. It is nice and crispy on the outside and nicely cooked on the inside. I had it with exactly what they offered which was mustard, relish and onion. Very good burger! The fries were real potatoes nicely browned. I had the poutine which was good and quite authentic to the Quebec version. I couldn't give a five star for atmosphere simply because it is winter and too cold to sit outside by the bus. We went into the market which is nice as well, a huge improvement from when I was there as a kid. I would really recommend this place if your in the area to give this burger and fries a try!

Everything they make is great. Best milkshakes in Calgary, generous delicious burgers, deadly fries and then there's the poutine. Yum.

Sweet mother of pearl! The burgers are melt in your mouth delicious. Double fried fries, I have died and gone to heaven, and I don't say this lightly, being an atheist! I'm sure the food court inside Crossroads is good, but if you want an incredible burger/fries experience, this is the place.

My husband and I were in town for the day, from Edmonton, and decided we had to try 'the burger place on the bus. ' All I have to say is 'wow! ' I am so impressed with the quality of the food. The double cheeseburger was at least the size of four patties at any other restaurant and the meat was seasoned to perfect. I could have easily eaten the beef, alone and been perfectly satisfied. We arrived shortly before the grill was set to close, but they made our food fresh and didn't skimp out. We were definitely spoiled and can't wait to come back!

I have been going to Rockys for probably 30 years. Consistancy is still the same. Great bunch of folks. Burgers are hand made and they are awesome.

5 stars is not enough, I have enjoyed their burger and fries for years i and can confidently say without a doubt this is the best burger and fries i have ever eaten and am sure it is one of the best if not the best in all of canada. If i could give it 10 stars i would. Words cant describe how delicous it is if you have the chance and have not tried it not only are you missing out it would be a tragedy if you never got to enjoy the fresh and the tasty juicy meaty burger with there own relish which only adds to an already amazing masterpiece thank you rocky for the joy you gave me in the form of your rocky special your loyal wee scottish painter customer

There are 2 burger places here. We buy from the one in the food court. Price wise and options are pretty good. This burger comes with a a relish on it that my wife like but not my thing. I eat it anyways. Fries are good and drinks are mostly bottled but you can get fountain drinks too. They have all day breakfast, fish and chips, club sandwiches to name a few. Lots of selections in the food court.

I've been going to Rocky's for some years now. I'm actually not much of a burger guy as a rule, but I make an exception for these. Tasty, juicy, THICK, and always - ALWAYS - served with joy by the proprietors. Rocky's is a true Calgary gem that no burger-aficionado should miss. Personal recco - grab Rocky's Special - no-nonsense burger c/w fries and a drink. Burger is topped with onions and relish. I highly recommend adding a bit of mayo, but hey - your call. The fries are freshcut, on site and come unsalted so you can season to taste. Don't forget a stamp card - after 10 purchases, you get a freebie! Long and short - Rocky's is pure burger-bliss that really sets the bar for flavor quality and consistency, and the smiles come free. Get yours!

Rocky's is one of those locally owned burger places that serves you the quality you would make yourself. Ample meat is an understatement and the perfectly melted cheese and fresh buns just make sure you know it is quality from cover to cover. I HIGHLY recommend.

Best food truck in Calgary by far! Love the staff. Been going for 13 years and never disappoints. Always amazing. Poutine lover and this is the best poutine in town. I go a couple times a week during the summer and I would go everyday if I could. The burgers looks amazing and the homestyle poutine is the best! Love it. Will keep going to see this family for as long as they will be open. My favorite.

I had the Rocky's special which was a homemade burger, fries, and can of pop. Which was a great deal for what you get. The Burger was huge and tasted great. The fries were really good and were a huge portion. The staff were very friendly too.

This place is one of the best in Calgary for burgers and fries. A real 1 lb burger nothing fake about it and home cut fries from scratch. Price is a little steep but once you get your food you see why. Amazing taste and quality. I highly recommend.

Goll dang. Just realized after 6 years this dude still exists, I thought when the bus disappeared from its old location that a red bus burger was gone forever! What sad times I've had since.then. Seen it today and had to u turn to go back! Burgers for the whole crew! A pound of perfectly cooked Chuck.relish onion and mustard. Delicious. Fresh cut fries. How can you go wrong? Just like old times. Stop in. You won't be sorry.

Stopped by this afternoon, and grabbed myself the bacon cheeseburger, and they're poutine! The burger was phenomenal, huge think juicy patty that was delightful to eat, fresh bun aswell as fresh toppings! Loved the thick cut bacon slices! All and in this was one of my favorite burgers! The poutine was mindblowing, exceptional gravy, that complimented the cheese curds and perfectly cooked and cut fries! The owners where lovely folks, who we had great conversations with! 10/10 will be back for more burgers and chats In the future!

Ia been years since I've had one of their burgers. In my opinion, they don't need fancy names or ingredients. Tomatoes and lettuce are over rated. Number one in my books!

I am a fan of burgers. This one was below average to my understanding. No green stuff inside, no tomatoes, no onions, no pickles. Just a bit of something, bun and meat. I am bit shocked. No issues with meat, at all. The meat was great. I just think you need to add more veggies inside, just to make a classic one. In order to make it looks more presentable. The fries were not very tasty.

Now that is what you call a home made burger, delicious and filling. I was stuffed after burger and fries.

First time eating Rockys. Ordered via STD and food arrived still hot and the burger was great. The onion rings weren't soggy, and the Milkshake was awesome. Will be ordering from again.

Rocky's has easily become my favorite burger place in Calgary! I don't know how they do it, but the burgers are thick and perfectly cooked every single time! A great big hunk of quality beef between a nicely toasted bun. This place is simple, but what they do, they do extremely well. Excellent thick cut fries, and great dipping and/or burger sauces on hand from the adjacent farmers market. Quick service and friendly staff. This is a truly unique and excellent burger joint.

They have great service and I appreciate their product but their meat is so unseasoned it is always disappointing. A little salt and spice goes a long way

Really great people run it, really great food follows! Ive literally drove from High River to Calgary just to enjoy a homemade burger and poutine!

Usually get their amazing burgers but went for a BLT today. Their lettuce was frozen so could only make me a BT. They very generously gave my money back and doubled up on the tomato. Because, "we couldn't serve what you ordered". Whaaaat? ! That pride in product is so rare these days. I offered to not take the money back; I would still have eaten it sans lettuce. Either way, classy move. Will continue to be a fan and customer!

Definitely top 5 burgers in town. If you haven't had one, I highly suggest you stop what you're doing and go pig out on a juicy Rocky's burger right now
