I had a terrible experience with Dr. Flora Aladi. She communicated in a very rude and arrogant way. On some medical questions, she responded that she is not a magician. Additionally, she gave me very annoying looks, so I didn't receive any reasonable answers or help from her. She couldn't explain anything, and I feel like I wasted two hours there. Dear management, please take a look at the behavioгr of your doctors and provide her with training on how to communicate with patients.

The lady I talked to on the phone has to be the rudest receptionist I've encountered. It baffles me how on earth she is still employed.

I can't say enough about our family physician, Dr. Waseem. She’s truly exceptional.

Dr. Waseem not only possesses a wealth of medical knowledge but also a warm and caring demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. She take the time to listen attentively to your concerns, NEVER RUSHING THROUGH APPOINTMENT.

Her dedication to addressing every question and concern is remarkable. I've never felt more heard or understood by a healthcare provider.

Nurse Edna consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs when booking appointments. Her friendly demeanor and efficient scheduling make the entire process seamless and stress-free.

There is no queue at this clinic, who can see a doctor is at the discretion of the front desk, often making clients wait 1.5 hours then go home themselves later

Dr. Afia Waseem is a doctor for almost all of our family. She is caring, knowledgeable, and has our family's interest at hand.

Horrible service; terrible staff, lazy doctor!
I walked-In at 5: 00PM, the receptionist didn't take us. Their hours posted online and at their door are 9AM to 6PM. The following day I called at 11AM, the receptionist told me over the phone that they don't take any walk-ins anymore, it was ONLY 11AM and they were NOT taking walk-ins. These type of places shouldn't be allowed to be called "Walk-In Clinics" if they want to do everything by appointment. Anyways, part of the broken health care system in Canada.

Currently waiting for my appointment. Time was for 11 and I finally got sat in a room at 11: 30 so still waiting. I was put in a room where the previous patient left right before and I saw that there was no cleaning or sanitizing done before placing me. If I could give 0 stars I would, I will not be coming back.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Lavoie taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Highly recommended.

I booked an appointment for my booster shot here. The staff were really friendly and answered any questions I had about the form.
After filling out the form, I was put into a room right away. The doctor came in quickly after and asked questions about my medical history and any previous reactions to the covid vaccine. He gave lots of good information about what to expect after the booster.
Overall, I quite liked the experience more the my first two shots at a different clinic.

DR abuhelala.is amazing, knowledgeable, professional, honest and cares about his patients. Very kind.he listen carefully and explain things clearly. Takes the time to get through each health concern.you don't feel rushed even though he was supper hooked. I honestly cannot stress enough on how amazing Dr. Ahmed Abuhelela is! He is the most genuine, informative, professional and honest doctor I have ever come across. It was always a struggle for me to find a doctor to listen to my concerns and to assist in addressing them. After going to him I was able to get back in good health just because he really takes the time to listen and address concerns. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is seeking medical attention! Thank you Dr. A and staff for the wonderful job you all do!

I have been coming here for a while now, have always been greeted and treated very professionally by both the front desk and the doctors. I always feel like my concerns are addressed and questions are answered. Definitely recommend this clinic for any of your needs!

So far the best clinic I've been to in the SW area. Dr. Ahmed Abuhelala is very nice and friendly, and a very good doctor in terms of medical knowledge. He knows and can answer anything about sickness and health, which I can't say for most other doctors that I've come across with. His reception staff are also really nice and friendly. Doctors' availability and scheduling are not so good though which constantly changes.

Dr. Patrick Lavoie and the front staff at Rockyview Medical Clinic are amazing. Great team! When you have an appointment they will do their best to assist you on time. Always friendly and helpful. I know when I come in to see my family doctor he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed and he always asked if I have any other questions. He’s awesome. Also, when he knew my medication was expensive he was giving me free samples and applied for prescription patient's support program.
Walk-in doctors here are also professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Dr. A is amazing! He listens and you can tell he truly cares about helping you! I have seen many doctors over the years and most of them seemed to just want to get me in and out as quick as possible. He took the time to truly listen and to try to get to the root cause of my problems. I definitely recommend going to Rockyview Medical Clinic and seeing him!:)

Dr. A and Ms. Gayle make a great team. I saw Dr. A for my Botox in my forehead and my jaw for my TMJ. Highly recommend. He’s extremely professional and well educated. I will definitely be back. No doubt!

They are I think number one in Calgary city.
I am a patient at this clinic, have to wait sometimes for a walk in but it is always worth the wait. Dr.is very professional and staff is friendly.
I was sick and I went 6 different doctors no any doctors find why i was sick. But just one time I went Rockyview Clinic same day they find why I was sick. They are super friendly and make feel good and better.

Good medical staff but appointments are never available, hours are inconsistent and there always seem to be new/newly departed doctors. I've had to go as a walk in for most appointments within the last 2.5 years, despite having a family physician on paper. Phone appointments are 2 hour windows (i.e. Whenever we get around to it - essentially a walk-in appointment by phone). If you need a primary care doctor to have access to your medical history and be a consistent part of your care team to manage a medical condition. I don't know what to tell you. The place that operates like a walk in clinic even if you have a family physician there isn't the place.

Worst experience ever. If you cant book the apportionment, you gonna wait 3 hours for the walk-in. There are plenty clinics around, dont waste your time. BTW you guys should cancel walk-in, change it to appointment only.

I recommend this clinic, Sasha the receptionist is very professional and always helps efficiently. Doctor Ahmed is the best!

The best doctor experience I have had. The receptionists are so friendly and professional. Dr. Michelle Nguyen truly cares about her patients, she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and your health concerns heard. Will 100% be coming back to this amazing facility.

I went to this clinic with sore and painful throat and ears and and wanted to ask a few questions and Dr. Fadel checked my throat for ONE SECOND, over all the consultation took only 5 seconds. I am still asking questions but the doctor start walking out the door. Don’t see this Doctor he doesn't care.

Great place friendly staff and very accommodating and reasonable amount of time for waiting really good doctors I felt like they listened and understand everything I said so they could have good answer.
I was a walk in patients and then decided to have our family doctor here.very clean and neat place a good place for a good health.

I am so disappointed I love our family dr here but the staff are so rude everytime we come. Today was the last straw for me. I called to make an appointment and they put me on hold, only to hang up on me afterwards. I than call back and get put on hold again. After asking what days my dr is available and thinking for not even twenty seconds the receptionist has the audacity to rush me and ask so are you ready to book an appointment? I’m sorry but you just hung up on me and I’m pretty sure I’m aloud to have a moment to think about what day works better. I will continue to see my doctor at another clinic. I won’t be coming back here.

Great place, friendly receptionist. The doctor was very helpful and gave me a lot of recommendations how to get better quickly. Waiting time was only 10 minutes, I will definitely come back if I need to see a doctor again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Came in as a walk-in because I thought I had kidney stones and was in terrible pain crying. They got a pee sample from me and the doctor came in rushed through talking, was rude, and only talked to me for about a minute. He checked my pee sample and said there was blood and WBC in it and said it might be a UTI and literally said “there’s not much I can do” and told me to go give a pee sample to a lab. I asked which lab and he said “I don’t know, search up labs in Calgary” then gave me a requisition form. On my way out I saw that he had given me a prescription for antibiotics without even telling me and the requisition form he gave me was blank so it was no use anyway! I’d recommend going somewhere else.

This has been my clinic ever since I came here in Canada, Dr. Shaymaa is very nice and all the staffs. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give fewer than one star but since I can't, here goes. This clinic is the absolute worst medical facility I have been to in my life. I came in simply needing a doctors note, as did the only other person ahead of me in line. Somehow this still took them almost 50 minutes for me to be admitted, and another 25 minutes waiting in the examination room. Dr. Mohamed Shalaby eventually decided to drop by, stopped in the doorway and just asked if I needed the note. Of course I said yes and then all he said was "okay, it's $25 just grab it at the front. " and then he was gone again before I could ask a single question. Utterly dumbfounded with how they justify charging that much money for a single piece of paper thats already 90% filled out. If I had a choice between dying a slow painful death from disease or being treated at this clinic, I would choose the disease.

Fast, friendly staff, accessible location in the Superstore at Westhills. 10 - 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork for the first, 10 -15 minutes with or waiting for the doctor and then down at the pharmacy having my prescription filled.

Absolutely can't understand why this clinic has good reviews. We only went there since our family Dr wasn't available. I'm only giving one star because the staff was very nice and easy to communicate with, and the wait time was very minimal. However, the dr we saw was just simply terrible. His diagnose was if the symptoms get worse, go to an emergency. If they don't improve in few days, go see your family doctor! Seriously? I can give that kind of diagnose too! So unprofessional and arrogant! Also, after talking to us for a couple of minutes, he opened the door and was holding the door with one foot already out the door! Which made us feel so rushed and he was careless! Two days later we went to a different clinic for the same symptoms, and it was day and night. There we weren't rushed out the door and the doctor told us many things we can try at home including some options of over the counter medications.

Went to the walk-in clinic. Got us in right away, the staff was wonderful and the care was fantastic.

Visited this clinic twice - once as a walk in and the second time with an appointment. On both occasions the wait was no longer than ~5 minutes. The staff are cordial and professional and Dr. Abuhelala can only be described as exemplary in both his conduct and his friendly attitude towards patients. They were even able to get a referral to a specialist for me within the same day (literally about an hour or two after my appointment) which is remarkable. This clinic is a shining example of service and care and I will absolutely be returning here for future medical issues.

Wait time is ridiculous, only 2 people ahead of me and I still waited over 1.5 hours. I went to this clinic only because my Family doctor was closed due to holiday. My complaint was a shoulder/bicep pain which elevated. Doc referred me for ultrasound/xray. Went over results with her (doctor). All she did was try to push pills and or marijuana oil, on me, then said just use my other arm. I finally got in to see my family doctor only to find I have 3 torn tendons. I am now scheduled to go to the specialist to discuss surgery. I would stay away from this clinic.

I've been here a couple of times and each time, wait times were short, the doctors were extremely professional and the docs answered all my questions and concerns. I called at 10am today, made a 12.45 pm appointment and pretty much saw the doc at about 12.50pm. My last appointment about 9 months ago was similar. I just saw Dr. A today and I know that if I go back, he's who I'll be asking for. He's extremely patient, professional and explains everything to you in a way that makes you feel like you're in good hands. Thanks again Dr. A for making today's visit simple and straightforward! I highly recommend this clinic.
