I had a problem with my roof and I contacted the office to require a visit to assess the problem. Ann, at the reception was very nice and helpful. Nick came to see and told me he would have come back with a solution. I didn't receive any feedback, emailed him and didn't get any reply, so I complained with Ann and I was a little rude. It turned out that Nick emailed me the solution right away and replyed to my emails, but they went in the spam. Nevertheless, when the issue was cleared, he sent me the assessment (that went to spam again) and declined to accept any payment. Very professional and customer oriented. Great.

Rockyview has been our condo buildings SOC roofing vender for several years, providing outstanding service.

In 2021 it was finally due that we replace the roof for the building in its entirety. Given the scope of what is required for a full replacement to a condominium, and as we had been in a strong working relationship with Rockyview for a long period of time, we contracted them to compile the scope of work, complete the bid tender and execute the main roof replacement contract. This was the right decision and well worth the spend to have them oversee the replacement. They provided invaluable guidance during the entire contact execution phase and managed the day to day progress and inspections that provided the Board of Directors with peace of mind the work was being executed properly.

Nick and Justin are amazing to work with. Keeping us well informed, and positively reacting to any issues or problems that arose.

I have used Rockyview Roofing for a couple of years. Due to the poor quality jobs when my house was built, we had a leaking problem in the area where the master bedroom ventilation located on the roof. I hired a few contractors to fix it, but none of them solved the problem, until I found Nick, the roofer of Rockview Roofing company. Nick is very skilled and honest professional. He not only fixed the problem, but also his service charge was very fair and reasonable. Took a while to get ahold of. Proposed a solution without looking in the attic itself, instead focusing on vaulted part of the roof that isn't accessible. Otherwise, friendly people - seems like this was an exception based on the other positive reviews to take with a grain of salt.

Met Nick and his colleague from Rockyview Roofing at the Calgary Home Show earlier this year. They presented themselves as very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do as I explained my attic moisture issues to them in recent home purchase. Decided to call them up and Nick came by and explained in clear detail what was going on and how to fix it rather than just slap a new roof on. Nick and his team were very polite and efficient and it was clear they knew what they were talking about. They came in quickly and solved our problems on and below my roof. We are a seniors’ housing cooperative of 89 single family homes located in Spruce Grove, Alberta. In a 2019 hail storm, we suffered a catastrophic loss requiring the replacement of most of our roof shingles, a significant amount of vinyl siding, and aluminum fascia, eavestroughs and downspouts.

During the past several months, during our Covid lockdown, Terry Tremblay has been our on-site project manager. His multiple teams of roofers, eavestroughers and siding techs have done a remarkable and very efficient job of restoring our community.

Terry is consistently the first one on the job every day and the last to leave. He is focused of our satisfaction and clearly has the respect of all members of his staff. We could not be happier with the service and quality of work we have received.

We had a leak in our chimney after that rain storm and very high winds last night in RockyView - May 21,2020. Justin and his partner were absolutely awesome and the only roofer I could find willing to come out that same night. It was pouring rain and windy - Justin went up the steep ladder, took photos and explained everything. He was also incredibly honest and upfront and very fair with pricing. I analyze companies for a living and I will say if you need the best roofing company in town, call Rockyview roofing - no hesitation!

Rockyview re-shingled the roof and replaced all soft metals after hail damage at our condo complex. The experience from start to finish was very professional. There were are few small issues that needed correcting. Justin came to the property himself to understand the issues. He is very easy to talk to and provide solid solutions. The willingness to resolve issues is very appreciated - no excuses, just a "we'll get that fixed" attitude. A owner & company that stands behind their work and their word.

Just awesome, fantastic customer service & workmanship. Jason was great to talk with, very personable. We called and left a message very early, Oct 26-19, about a group of shingles that were torn off because of winds on the evening of Oct 25-19, & within an hour we got a call back from Jason. He came out straight away & did an inspection, took pictures, then explained to us in detail, with terminology that we could easily understand, on what the issues were & how he would go about fixing it. He took care of the immediate wind damage and will be back to take care of the normal wear & tear items that can easily wait for a sunnier day. Thanks again for taking care of our immediate wind damage with such short notice, much appreciated!

With all the raining we've been getting lately. I've had some problems with water getting into our closet ceiling. We had our roof done with Rockyview Roofing a couple years ago and told Justin about what the problem was and he was always there anytime I called him. It took a few tries to figure out where the water was coming in from and he replaced the siding on my chimney not once, but twice to figure out where it was coming in. The one thing I really appreciate is that he takes the time to come and be there at the drop of a hat. Even on a Sunday! Very happy with my family's experience with Rockyview Roofing. Acquired 3 quotes from major roofing companies in the Calgary Area with great reviews, Rockyview Roofing was the most affordable and professional. Decided to go with the upgraded Legacy shingle with a average lifespan of 50 years. Nick and his team replaced our entire roof, 2 skylights, and eavestroughs. Needless to say it was an expensive maintenance project so we wanted to make sure we chose the right company. Nick was very helpful at answering any questions and concerns, he came onsite to supervise the work done and made sure we were comfortable. There was a spot on our stucco which was affected by water damage that he was concerned about and came back to reinforce. When replacing the skylights, the baseboards were removed which made the interior look unfinished, when I informed Nick of this, he personally repainted and reinstalled them as was original. The care that was taken stood out for me and re-ensured my confidence. Rockyview Roofing stands by their work with a 15 year labour and parts warranty and accepted final payment only when we were completely satisfied. Will highly recommend them as a company.
