I LOVE working with Rod. I renovate homes and resell them or turn them into rental units. When I first started, I had several agents that I had approached to show me houses. Most of them were quite adequate in showing me what I had asked to see. Then I worked with Rod, and he totally turned the tables. In selecting an individual to carry out transactions on the only asset my brother in law had, and acting on his behalf while he was incapacitated, I wanted to be SURE of who was looking after us. Rod was that individual. Not only give he give me a lot of extra time in advising me as to how to prepare the condo for a reasonable sale, but was considerate and compassionate in dealing with the overall situation in timely, yet quiet manner. Rod maintained a close contact with us, yet it only took him two weeks from the time of listing until an acceptable offer was given and accepted. Our meetings and interactions with Rod.were at our convenience, at locations and times convenient to us.
