One star is too many stars for this location. Extremely rude and unhelpful, unwilling to do their job and will instead tell you to go home and do it online. Worst experience I've had in any retail setting. Go anywhere else.

Visited Roger's mobile store in Market Mall inquiring about Black Friday deals for a particular device on the Saturday after Black Friday. The device wasn't available in store. Even though there were some issues with my account and system being down, the manager Cuyler assisted in clearing up the issue with my account. He also ensured I got the device a few days after it was delivered to my home address and made sure I got the best deal possible, including a case for the device. It's a breath of fresh air to witness genuine customer service. Kudos to the manager and team.

I should have come in-store and spoken to Das sooner - as FYI, sales reps in-store have special offers that can't be matched via Rogers online website chat or via the toll free number (I tried those first). You won't meet a more sincere sales rep who goes above and beyond to help customers get the most value for their plans. After speaking with Das, I ended up switching from Telus and bundling a home internet and a cell phone plan with Rogers. After shopping around, there was absolutely nothing from Telus or Bell that could even came close to the package Das was able to put together for me. This is probably why there's so many people coming to store specifically wanting to speak directly with him. He was so helpful that I decided to come back a few days later to port my landline to a new cell phone plan as well (landline was no longer useful but we wanted to keep the number). Do yourself a favor - go see Das at Rogers Market Mall for any home internet or cell phone needs - you'll wish you went to see him sooner!

I was there today to change my physical sim card to esim. This indian sales rep assisted me like he hated his job. His face was frowning like he didn't want to do his job. He offered me rogers credit card and i declined. After that he rushed me and didn't give me instructions on what to do, instead of giving en e sim card coupon, he just asked me to take a picture of the qr code. I cam back and a lady rep assisted me and she did her job properly. This review is for the indian guy. The lady deserves 10 start but I just want to notify management about this guy. This is the same guy I inquired before and just pushed me back because he didn't want to serve customers. I'm surprised this guys works here. If management gets rid of him, I will change this review to 5 star.

I recently visited the Rogers store in Market Mall and I’ve had the most amazing customer service EVER from Grace! She was very professional, knowledgeable, sweet, friendly and very patient. She helped us find the best plan. Grace, thank you for the wonderful service and making our experience so memorable. Thanks to you, we are happy to be Rogers customer and will highly recommend.

I would give this store 0 stars they are very rude and they don’t care about the customer I think market mall management should close this store and Roger’s should fire all of them the employees always on fight with customers

After a horrible experience at the Rogers outlet at Crowfoot, we decided to come to this location to apply and receive equipment for home TV and Internet.

Brandon was polite and very helpful in assisting select the right package to suit our needs, most effectively assisting us in a most prompt and courteous manner.

As we had the equipment from the previous tenant he advised their locations do not accept equipment and we would have to send this to Shaw /Rogers, via Canada Post. He even provided a box and packing paper so we could send this equipment that afternoon. He even took a few extra steps, and packaged it for us. All we had to do is take it to the post office and drop it off.

Brandon indeed is a most positive reflection of what I would consider to be a true customer service representative.

Everyone working at this Rogers location refused to help me because the “account holder” wasn’t with me. They had me on the phone with customer service for 2 hours and I eventually gave up because no one would help me so I canceled my account with Rogers. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We went to the market mall location and Brendan assisted us with moving our services over from Shaw. He was professional, efficient and very helpful. He provided good advice along the way and transferred all three phones in a short amount of time. We're glad we stopped by this location!

DAS is fantastic to deal with 10/10! Knowledgeable, friendly, assesses your needs and gives the best available options and promotions. Definitely goes over and above for customers.

Had the best experience the two times we shopped at this location. Per my other bad experience review at the beacon Roger’s. Grace helped us and assured us that my purple phone was indeed ok to trade in. Also gave us the back to school deals and gave us plenty of information on how to help us further in changing our plan back to our original one. I highly recommend this location. Again always question what you are being told as a consumer and if you are not sure you can always call or go into other locations to ensure what you are getting is legit!

Had the pleasure of being helped by Eisha at Market Mall Rogers. She was knowledgeable, efficient, personable and dedicated. She went above and beyond to help us solve our complicated problem. We came to realize that half way through the time she was helping us that Eisha was actually finished her shift 10 minutes prior. I asked her many times to please transfer our case to a coworker so she could go home. She politely, graciously and kindly declined to abandon our case deciding to see it through until the end. She ended up staying about 45 mins after her shift. I wish all customer relations interactions could be this pleasant! Thank you Eisha.

Went to multiple Rogers store already with my number porting issues.

Finally went to market mall Rogers. They were quick and efficient, let you know each step of the way on what they were doing.

Joy was the one helping me, she was patient, knew what the issue was and was quick to get it fixed.

Had to renew two phone plans for my family and had a great expereince. Called the store to inquire about options for our situation and the employee named Das was helpful but also advised us to visit the store in-person in order to make changes to our account. When we arrived, Das was there to help. He was patient, professional and courteous. He explained our options clearly and transparently, and offered valuable discounts when we upgraded our iphones.
We had mixed expereinces in the past dealing with phone service providers, but this interaction was a very positive one.

I’ve added multiple lines to my account here and it’s always been great. Ended up buying an iPhone 15 plus on Saturday and went in today to exchange it for a pro because I wasn’t aware of the difference in the refresh rate. I called prior and the woman on the phone said I could swap it for a pro max and they had a few in stock. I went in and the representative (I think the name was attal? Rep number 12048175) first told me they had a few phones left and went to check and the told me that they were all reserved. I said when I called in I was told you weren’t allowed to reserve and then he said oh it’s actually pre orders. He then said if I return my phone I have to wait 30 days before upgrading again. I said it’s fine I have my old phone to use in the meantime. He then sighed and reluctantly processed my return. Later I called in and got him on the phl were in stock and he said yes. Then I asked if it was on hold or for pre order and he said no it’s first come first serve. Then I asked why I was told earlier in store it was reserved and then “the line dropped”. Needless to say I am not impressed and will be shopping elsewhere and looking at different carriers. Only reason it’s not a 1 star review is my prior experiences were positive (I believe the last transaction I had was with Grace and it was very positive)

I called the shop today and talked a woman representitive who spoke Mandarin. I was shocked she was so rude and inpatient that she suggested I should move to other companies to avoid all the trouble to transfer from Shaw to Roger. I have been with Shaw for ten years and I don’t know what happened to this Roger person. It’s sure not a professional attitude.

Jagmeet and Hannah were amazing. Jagmeet was patient with us while we shopped around for plans and phones and extremely kind helping us get into our new plan. He walked us through everything and made sure we were happy and understood everything every step of the way. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at the Rogers Store today. Joy was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she took the time to understand my needs and find the best plan for me. She also went above and beyond to help me transfer my phone number from another carrier. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new plan or phone.

Avoid this place. Horrible experience. You can’t find proper customer service here.
In fact Rogers have broken system that caused me travel, phone over 4 hours to get the plan they offered.

Thanks for the free Christmas socks! The team member operating the Christmas game was very friendly and patient with my kids. He made both their days!

FYI, my wife uses Rogers for her cellphone plan. Best deal found on Black Friday!
