I wanted to rent the new apartment at Seton, Calgary. Rohit Commercial is the realtor. Saif Khwaja showed me the studio around $1200/m, registered online front of him (took time 30mins) same day. He let me choose the room number 207. Then next day he emailed me,
“Congratulations, your application is approved. Please send me a picture of your driver’s license and recent 2 invoices for proof of income.
I’d also like to confirm the unit you’re taking, this is the 1 bedroom on ground floor, #114. When did you want to take possession for, April 1 or May 1. ”
He changed my order without talking with me. He does not care about my budget, I felt. What was the time for tour? Do not use this company!
