I have issues with my driveway since I have got possession of my house, I am really grateful to Rohit ‘s warranty manager, Pam Gratton who resolved problem very professionally, she’s very responsive and real asset of the Rohit group.

I have some issues but the biggest is not having my garage built this summer. We are now in September and cement is not poured in the winter. After asking everyone I still cannot get an answer.

My home is 7 years old. I recently discovered a water loss in my basement that caused structural damage as well. I immediately hired a third party inspector and also emailed rohit. Rohit didn’t respond to me for over a week.

The cause of the water loss was there was no siding paper where my house meets the deck (that the builder added). This caused water to continuously seep into our basement.

The report from the inspector is FULL of building code violations. It’s absolutely terrifying. I’m happy to share if anyone wants to review it.

I asked rohit to reimburse me the $500 I spent to fix the structural damage that the water caused. Rohit refused because they wanted to come look first (even though they didn’t respond to me in a timely manner). My full report was also provided to rohit in my original email.

Stay far away from this builder.

I recently bought a home from Rohit Communities. Fadi their area sales manager in Keswick Show home was a pleasure to deal with. Our experience was nothing short of incredible. He guided us, educated us and cared to be with us every step of the way. He listened to all our concerns with patience and ensured that the process was smooth. He was present in every hiccup along the way and never fell short of his words. We are very pleased with our experience, the build quality and the whole process. Definitely recommending Fadi and Rohit Communities for any first time home buyer.

My husband and I were about signing a contract with another builder. Just a day before the signing, I remembered I had been talking about another builder the previous years. He couldn’t remember the name and he had to ask me. I mentioned Rohit. He requested that I took him to Rohit before we proceed with the other builder probably Rohit can offer us a better deal on a better design. That decision was golden.

The moment we arrived at the Rohit showroom and seeing their houses, our hearts rested with them. We decided we were doing business with no other builder but Rohit no matter the cost.

Fadi and Megan were very professional, amazing and always out of their ways to help us. They were never tired of seeing our faces during the many months our home was under construction. I really appreciate Fadi and Megan and I recommend them to individuals who needs quality for their money.

Kudos to Fadi Georgi and Megan, they guided from start to end to buy our new home in Keswick. As a first time homebuyers we had a great experience dealing with Fadi who guided us all along the whole process, helped us initially showing around different showhomes and taking care of so many questions that we asked him throughout the year. Also thanks to Megan who kept us up to date with status of our home building process and advising on home decor. I wanted to share my concerns about the quality of service I have received from Rohit communities. I have had multiple issues with the quality of work, communication, and timeliness of service, and it has caused me significant stress.

Firstly, I was promised my house possession for a certain date, but the date was not met. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience and stress. Additionally, I have had two no-shows for my door fixture, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the product used is of poor quality. They accepted that the material they are using is not a real baseboard material. I believe that want to save their money everywhere by giving buyers cheap quality products.

I talked to a sales manger regarding my possession date but he was very confident not accepting their fault and putting blames on buyers.

My door issue persisted again and I have emailed them 3-4 times now but I think they don’t care unill I am bringing this to the court now.

I told them about a wider crack in my garage but of course they don’t care anymore because the house is already been sold.

Secondly, I am very unhappy with the customer service that I have received from the company. When I have tried to reach out with my concerns, I have been met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. This is not the kind of service that I expected from ROHIT COMMUNITIES. I was promised satisfaction and commitment, but I have received neither.

I realize now that it was a mistake and I regret the decision buying house from Rohit communities. As a first time home buyer all my dreams swept away.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

UPDATE- After sending them emails, they still didn’t show up 3 times in a row to fix my home issues.

Can’t even pay their contractors doesn’t take 9 months plus you people can’t answer your phone or call back. It’s a constant struggle every time in every step still don’t answer or make any effort to make or communicate

Our house was built only 3 years and the siding already start to come off. We called Rohit to receive an answer that they can’t do anything and we have to deal with it by ourselves. We called a contractor to come to fix it and they told us that the siding was fault installed and the whole wall gonna come off just the matter of time. I am very disappointed with their building quality.

The building process was easy with Rohit. The most important thing to me has been the customer support after we took possession. They have been great to come and take care of any issues that we noticed or brought up during the 3 month and 1 year walk throughs. They stand behind their product and service so I would have no problem recommending them to a friend.
