Romi sidhu office function is fine but I am not satisfied with Desjardin Insurence policies. Highly unaffordable. And cancellation fees also very expensive.

Very poor customer service and they behaved like they don’t want any business. They barely asked for necessary details and quoted a very high price which is 100 $ above what I am paying now. This was for the policy update coming in May 2023 too. Very bad!

Harjit Singh was the person dealing with us and has no customer service experience. Please at-least work with due diligence.

Desjardins are not good insurance company. I contacted them for getting insurance price for my car but they asked $3000. They need 12 months payment upfront, so i didnt take insurance from them.

Its a shame that I am forced to give 1 star. If rude and stupid had a face, it would be these guys. I have talked to at least 3 different people in this branch on at least 3 different days and they were all extremely rude, unhelpful, and would fail to understand simple things. I wish there was zero star option. One of the worst customer service experiences i have had in my entire life.

Been calling now for past few days nobody is even answering phone. Need to cancel my policy because car is total loss. Was told someone would call me back but I'm still waiting.changing my review because after this incident things have been positive

Every year they increase your insurance, even if your not fault, no ticket, clean records. I will never recommend this insurance.

I'd say this the best insurance I've been with. My mom had insurance with them and they were super helpful with any questions we had and there were no hassles or any sort type of inconveniences. Highly recommend this company.

WORST PEOPLE EVER NO CUSTOMER CONFIDENTIALITY! They give out your information PERSONAL Information to people who aren’t on your policy or have anything to do with your policy just because you have the same address they will ask personal questions about you and your insurance information regardless of cancelling your policy with them for over a year because they could care less of giving you a better deal and would rather have you go somewhere else! I got a phone call from my old tenant asking me if I’m OK because they were asking personal questions about me because we shared the same address! When I called into their office to ask why my personal information was giving out to someone who was not on my policy they proceeded to tell me that head office had requested them to call that person and ask personal questions about my policy which makes no sense because I haven’t been with them for over a year and a half I asked to speak to management and they kept dodging my phone calls declining my phone calls every time I would call in I ended up speaking to Romi he said head office would reach out and nothing it’s been over a 2 months! DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS!
