I have had the greatest opportunity of meeting a wonderful woman named Diane. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She even offered to donate her own time to do a home visit, which she proceeded to fix my window, which absolutely no one could fix. I can’t thank this amazing woman enough. Her kindness and generosity will never be forgotten.

Rona in Black Diamond has the best customer service of anyplace I’ve dealt with. We needed a new shed for our location in Calgary and speaking with Bernie he explained it was no problem. Bernie went through the process and gave us a quote (awesome price) he then introduced us to Rick who would be building the shed. Rick was excellent, he was very articulate and paid close attention to every detail. The shed was finished and delivered right on time by Rick and placed perfectly on our site.
We can’t say enough of the service and personal attention we received

We use Rona whenever possible for our renovations etc.and have always been extremely pleased with the service.
Today though, I was blown away and in tears when I walked out the door.
I had been in the lighting section trying to find blue LED lights in honour of my husband's coworker who was killed in the line of duty 3 days ago.
Matthew and another colleague approached me to see if I needed any help, and they both started looking around to see if there was anything that would work.
I ended up settling on a set of colour changing puck lights, and was told there was no charge today.

Every time I visit Rona in Black Diamond I leave with a smile on my face. No matter how busy and packed the store is - the staff and the owners give each customer their full attention. We are very lucky to have such a great store in our small town.

I bought 2 tins of stain and I think there was a miss communication with the couler, so I went back In and they were very good to switch it out for me. Thought that was very good of them

This may be the best rona in Canada. Certainly the best rona in southern Alberta. Matt and his folks are so helpful and kind. When have you ever been to a rona and the co-owner says “thanks for coming back”. I would recommend this store to ANYONE looking for a great rona experience. You can tell walking in the door everyone loves their job and is there to help. The positive attitude of Ryan and Matt has an incredible positive attitude on everyone. Unlike most stores you see the same folks year after year. I would love to work there. Matt even looked up an amazon alternative options to my purchase. Best place ever!

As a Custom Home Builder and Pole Structure company we use Rona Black Diamond for all of our needs. The knowledgeable staff is always ready to help, even with our last minute orders they are always able to process immediately and have them delivered. Being able to phone an order in and know that it will be ready for immediate pickup upon arrival saves our company time and money. If they do not carry a product that we prefer to use, they are always very quick to have it ordered in and ready for us to pick up. It is always a pleasure to stop in and chat with the staff, they are all very friendly. Hats off to a great local company!

If you are building a house from scratch or doing a basement renovation and are looking for a one-stop-shop, this is the place. Don't be afraid to ask questions with these folks. Have confidence that they will take care of you throughout the whole process until you are 100% satisfied. Customer service the way it should be.

Always very helpful friendly people working here, the store is well stocked and organized. When needing good quality lumber and supplies this is the choice of many selective contractors. In addition a very efficient Purolator depot is inside this fine store.

So.just came outta Rona.once again.the staff were great.

I appreciate how knowledgeable and down to earth all the folks at RONA Black Diamond are. I might spend a little more for the odd item, but it's worth it because I know they really care about me getting the job done right. And they'll ask too the next time I stop in!

Accepting that this is a relatively small box store with somewhat limited holdings, it is extremely helpful to have it where it is located. No problem with service or staff. All helpful

I love the assortment of materials, tools and different elements. The staff is very friendly and allows you to have a quiet experience.
