Always easy to find help. Cashier was excellent at her job and was a pleasure to chat with during the checkout process.

Worse experience ever. Manager in the store is not useful at all. She refuse to transfer item from different Rona, because of her laziness it cost me almost 2 hours to do it in another Rona store. My orders weren’t urgent or anything, the delivery it wasn’t until Feb. I am super upset, is just a matter of contacting a different Rona. I don’t recommend people to visit there for ordering any product. Because you definitely won’t get the service you deserve.

It's a small store so check online if they have what you're looking for.

The bonus of being small is that the staff are very efficient so I've never waited on line and I've always found what I've been looking for.

Busy times but when it's quiet, you can get in and out pretty quickly. Lumber yard in the back.

A lot of empty shelves and spaces. Nice people working there, though. It would be just about perfect if they had what I needed when I needed it.

Their store website showed 12 of the item I needed to be in stock. I showed up to purchase one. The staff were unwilling to help find the product and simply claimed it was “out of stock” without even looking.

I have been visiting this place frequently as this is close to my construction site. Great service.

I found the transformer I needed. I got help to find it. The store can be a bit hard to get to though.

Bought a pry bar and Tuesday and the bar snapped 2 days later on the Thursday. I went to return it to the store and they refused because "the product was damaged" I have the receipt and everything.

Went to buy a few 2 X 4 X 10. Needed 4 for a project.
They had 5 on the ground. And all were bent.

Very helpful. Part I wanted wasn't in stock. Ordered it from another location. Thanks to the staff at the service desk.

I rate the store at one star because of the lumber yard.their staff are lazy and don't want to help and walk away from you when you approach this has happened numerous times and will not be coming back especially now they got rid of the popcorn machine!

The staff here were very accommodating and went over and above in helping me find a solution to my needs. Can't thank them enough.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The live-in rafter bird has found the birdseed section. I hope they turn a blind eye to their co-habitant!

Called Friday afternoon to tell us that our lumber delivery wasn’t going to make it until Monday “maybe”…. Cost us $500 in equipment rental deposits. That place in run by a bunch of bozos… stick to Home Depot.

Used to love the store, but certainly not after hearing about how management treats the staff! The new manager of the store, Dee, yells at staff, makes them cry, passes the buck, and cannot lead! A good manager can support new staff with patience and understanding! This one rules by fear! I know for a fact that current employees are looking for new jobs because of her mismanagement, and they have been there for over 2 decades! In fact, employees are starting statements regarding the manager because her actions are so utterly toxic! The store is a total disaster, and is short-staffed (because people are leaving the abuse)! No one cares to properly train any new staff, and then screams at them for not doing things right. It's absolutely the worst way to treat trainees, and proves one's integrity by acting in such a toxic manner. Do not apply to this location if you want to keep your sanity!

Overall I think this place is great. You have some really excellent staff to go the extra mile and you got some staff who could care less. It's a 70/30 Mix. The 70% is the good staff.

The lady at the paint desk is just FANTASTIC. She took the time to try to get my paint to match, saving me from driving back and forth. Everyone else in the store is also friendly and helpful.

Good service. People at the order desk are nice and friendly. They do carry a whole variety of products. The stores seems small from the outside but they do have an outside yes for lumber and roofing shingles etc

Always my first stop for hardware etc. Inventory is extensive. Was looking for bolts to attach a bed headboard.was a little hard to find the exact length with a head that I could use a screwdriver on.
Also returned a $55 item that I bought 3 weeks earlier. Hoping the free popcorn will be back soon.

Nice hardware place, where there wasn’t any fan in city they had the great stock of fans.

Slim pickings. Why does Rona give such thin tiny brown bags for loose nails and screws? The business" Family Fix It " needs bigger bags to help its customers get a value too.

Great service, nice big selection, a proper lumber yard out back, and the only big box that seems to have bulk screws and nails like an old fashioned hardware store. I honestly will go here just for that sometimes. The guy that helped me last time walked me from one end of the store to the other with several stops along the way to make sure I got everything I needed.

stars. Waited 30 minutes to get stain tinted only to be told the manager doesn't have time.

Apparently driving across town to the Edmonton Trail store was quicker than wasting for Don. And the stain was on sale what a bonus.

So sad how this previously well stocked Totem has turned into a minimally stocked dump.un organized dark, lots of people to help with what they dont have to sell.

Better selection here now, used to be kinda limited. Good shopping experience and i found the plumbing reducer i needed, project back on track.

My husband is in love with this store. I just need to find a way for him to spend less money here. However everything he brings home turns out and works well. Its a bit of a complicated store to find things in when he sends me there mid project.

Thanks so much to Mike for helping us clueless folks with the conversion of a propane fire table into a natural gas table. We had called ahead to ask for suggestions and help and Mike was more than happy to ask us to pop in the store so he can take a look. He helped us undo some super tight bolts and suggested some airtight pipe goo to ensure no leaks. Fantastic customer service, Mike - you are a lifesaver!

Had an interesting shopping experience here the other day. Maybe the employee was just having a bad day but their communication skills need some improvement.

Rona. Decent prices. Selection is limited sometimes being its a pretty small location, but for lumber or sheet goods I prefer it as you can drive your vehicle into the yard to load instead of using a cart and picking up inside the store like HD.

I shopped there once and was verbally attacked inside the store by another customer for the hat I was wearing.

I'm sure it's a great store, but you won't see me in there again unfortunately.

Super courteous, directed me to exactly what I needed and super friendly at check out. I wish there were more of them around. Everything was labeled correctly and what isle it was in. No need to crisscross the store to find what you need. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

The staff are nice her, was able to get some clearance items and they helped me all the way. 5 stars to the staff

The natural beauty of the place is outstanding as is the wildlife in and around the island. No TV, no internet, a small amount of phone signal you re-learn the art of conversation. I didnt want to give a review as i want it to remain unspoilt and "my island" at least for a week, but the cottages are comfortable with everything you need and they have worked hard to keep the island in great condition.

Totem was better and now that Lowes owns it, it doesn't have what I need most of the time. Home Depot for the win.

Great staff member, gentleman by the name of Carlos, he had a positive can do attitude. He helped me find the things I was looking for and knew what he was talking about, great customer service, he is a valuable team member.

I've had really good service every time I visit this location. They are willing to help you out with any project you might have, and they have some experienced people working there.

I am an employee and customer and very proud to mention that is a fine place to be because this Rona care of who you are and go the extra mile to do so to help

I went to find some Gorilla tape. Found it quickly after asking a staff member. Helpful staff. In & out within 5 minutes. Pleasant experience.

It’s my first time to visit this place. I used to buy from Canadian Tire and Home Depot all the gardening things. Today I visited this place and was amazed by the service in the store and the back yard. They are willing to help and very active. Sam helped me pick the soil I wanted from the back yard. Can’t say how helpful he is searching for the items going back and forth and in the store until he got me everything I want. He helped in carrying too, that was very generous of him. Sam is one of the best customer service I have ever met in the stores so far. This place is really recommended. Transactions went seamlessly and quickly as all Rona’s customer service are willing to help. Thank you Sam for the excellent shopping experience.

Came here to get wood for rotting deck pieces 2 weeks ago. It was a very specific type of wood so me and my partner asked a staff member in the lumber area who was operating a fork lift for advice on what kind of wood would work. He asked me if had a saw and as i did not have tools to cut the wood, he offered to cut the 2 pieces he recommnded which i needed to size as i had the dimensions on hand. It was really nice of him and i feel he went above and beyond. I do not think i got to see his name tag but if it helps the management, he was probably in his 40s or early 50s and had clean shaved head

Sam assisted us for picking up dirt from the back yard and the store is more cheap than Canadian tire and Home depot, there is a variety of products and the staff were friendly and cheerful, very neat and organized products in a way that you never miss anything. I hope this store has the same popularity like the others

Was looking around the nw for dirt and this was one of the few i found for decent price and lots available.

The young gal that helped us, Danielle was wonderful! Paint and Key's! Knows her stuff and very friendly.

Super helpful paint desk. No crazy lines. Decent selection of products. Definitely more hardware than home decor but it's great if you're doing projects around the house an need items in stock.

Horrible selection isle not labeled correctly staff to busy socializing to assist customers find anything. Go to home Depot Rona won't have what you need and if they do will will be more money

Curbside pick up issues but other than that I like coming here. Good sales when you hit them at the right time. Decent staff.

Picked up an online order in store. Signage was not clear on where to go for pickup. Once I was directed to the right spot, the service was fast, friendly and efficient. My order was correct and the sales associate was very friendly.

The interior of the store is a mess, the yard is also a mess but the attitude of the people working here is absolutely refreshing! Don’t let the store fool you because the people make the place!

... Although, please clean up the debris guys and gals, come on!
