The folks are Rona were amazing this past weekend! I had a very small plumbing job that became a much bigger plumbing job! They helped me every step of the way. Dan explained how to fix the first part of the dumpster fire issue. The next day Alex explained how to fix the bigger issue. I really appreciate both of these guys! And Amanda and Felicia on the till are always awesome!

We got such terrific service from Rebecca today. She was more than helpful and really knew her stuff. We probably spend a lot more money than we planned on!

The customer service here has always been hit or miss, but having had more good experiences than bad I continued to be a customer -until today.

I purchased an item that broke on the very first use (used correctly and as intended - not an “oops, I broke it” situation). I think most people would say that item is defective, or at least unsatisfactory.

I was denied a refund or exchange because they “can’t put a broken item back in the shelf”. Well, I should say not.

Save your time and money and go to Canadian Tire. The selection isn’t as good but the prices and customer service are better.
