Advice from the paint department cost us hundreds of dollars and time. Still trying for 2 years fix our deck. Sold us a useless product with all the extra cleaners and such. Lasted less than 1 year. Taking endless hours to strip and redo with proper product.

Told me they were going to deliver a washer, waited a week for said delivery, to find out that it’s not actually coming and there was no way to get a washer outside their normal delivery parameters. Will not order another appliance from here. Waste of my time.

Parking good. Prices seemed high. Staff at till very good and friendly. Seemed to enjoy her job so nice to see. Staff in store scarce. Lay out good. Selection ok.

Our order was shorted 3 posts
at about $146 total. The manager said you signed for the packaged order so its your problem. After spendng about $8000.00.
Not trust worthy!

I was in a hurry and needed some plumbing supplies. I asked an associate and she told we exactly where I could find what I was looking for. Thank you

Here all the time. I enjoy rona. The one girl who's tried to help me twice. Super sweet. Always helpful all the staff. And typically have some great deals.

My hubby and I shop here alot. The staff is always friendly in this store with a small town feel.
The gardening centre is just starting to get some plants in. Bought a few tomato plants and some lumber for our shed base. Love this store.

Asked 2 young staff about a quick connect fitting for a natural gas bbq, both sent us in the direction of bbqs, which we'd already looked over, nope not there, "oh sorry guess we dont have any! " No help at all, went next door to Canadian Tire and they had it and more! Such a different/better vibe then Rona

Help at the counter was perfect but it took over an hour to get 10 2x6 cut at 27" with no one else waiting and for this I say this location has very poor customer service

Christian, Ethan, and the woodworking guy who started with a r did an amazing job detailing bed boards with cutting, inset holes and technical advice. Best customer service I ever had at Rona. Thank you very much

Always have a consistent experience at this store I would recommend it and will continue to go back. The store and yard staff were a great help.

It's stocked. Sometimes you have to find staff to help you, that gets old. You are going because of the product or price. Do your research before heading out.

Kyle, Lisa & Katrina made the day easy, breezy & brilliant. Helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend these folks for employees of the month!

They have the basics for home renos. They could use a rental department though for those do it yourselfers needing larger tools/equipment

Went in to see if I could find a specific part for my water pump (a while back) and the staff was really friendly and I enjoyed their company! Didn't end up having all the pieces I needed, but I got everything working in the end so 5 stars

Staff is so hit and miss. Larger lady "managing" is a not value added to this place. Takes quite an attitude with customers. Indian fella managing is helpful.

Staff was pretty much as cold as the temp outside. Currently minus 21. When ya ask a sales associate where something in their department is. I expect ya to show me. When a customer ask where something is, it means we are done searching. When we ask if ya have something please take the time to learn your department.

Service is good, very helpful at times. They use experienced sales people but be aware that their younger staff may not be as knowledgable.

Decided to buy a ceiling fan, and a floor lamp so stopped in at the Leduc Rona store. I found the fan I was looking for but when I needed help there was no one to help me. I went to the front to ask for assistance. They sent a person to help me but when I told him which fan I wanted they had none left. Why did they not take off the darn fan if they didnt have any left. I did not like the atmosphere. I will shop at Home hardware from now on.

My husband just got back from Rona in Leduc. I havent seen him this mad in a long time. He was treated like garbage by customer service. Not honoring their sale signs and he was completely disrespected by the blonde girl at customer service. Very disappointing.

My last visit I wanted to buy just some nuts, bolts, and washers. I was very disappointed at the poor selection of bolts and lack of organization to find the right sizes. Then when I finally found the right size, they were sold out. That occurred on 2 of the 4 different sizes I needed. Not impressed at all. I would not recommend this location.

Loved the service! Richard at the lumber desk was super helpful and gave us a great deal. All the staff was excellent. We were able to purchase everything on pur list and they loaded with care. Thanx guys and girls!

Very helpful. I found the replacement electrical breakers were locked up on the shelf so I asked the lock pick tools were. Very helpful staff. Much better than home depot where you can never find help.

Don't do a Web Order for curbside pick up! They will leave you waiting until you give up. Worst customer service in my life. I have been waiting 2 hours for someone to respond. Left a message on the customer service line.no one answers. Called there 1-866 #. No one answers. Asked an employee in the yard, he said he couldn't help me. I will be getting a refund for sure, will probably take a couple of days.

I'm surprised others have had a good experience with customer service here. Absolutely horrible experience with the ladies in the paint department. They were extremely snobby to me for absolutely no reason as soon as I told them the brand and the colour of paint I needed. I will never be back to this store for anything in the future. I'd reccomend going to Co-op in town for paint or home reno needs. They are very polite and actually enjoy making the sale.

Nice clean store with the best, quality hardware selection. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Had great customer service! Far better than Edmonton south and Spruce Grove no one could be bother to look for the items we were looking for at the other two stores

If all Ronas are like this it's no wonder they are being bought out. If you are looking to complete any kind of project? DON'T go here, they wont have what you need!

The staff here are always very friendly. Today one of the lovely ladies (I am sorry, I didn't catch her name) saw that I was purchasing the expander kit for a product and she stopped to ask if I had the full kit. She saved me from a lot of frustration later when I would have gotten home and realized that I bought just the expander kit

The prices in Rona are far more reasonable than almost every other store I have visited. The staff are helpful and friendly. The store is clean and organized and well stocked.
