This store has very knowledgeable sales staff. They are friendly and helpful.

The hours posted on google vs.their actual store hours are so frustrating!
Their hours listed here on google consistantly says something along the lines of "updated by the business a week ago" but the hours are never actually right. It says here that they are open til 9pm but the sign on their door says 8pm.
Not a huge deal but very frustrating for situations like tonight where I checked google and told my mother they were open until 9pm, only to have her drive in from out of town to find it's closed. Please fix this.

Dishonest & untrustworthy. Elderly woman pays for new counter tops in kitchen. Installer finished job by returning all objects like toaster, cookie jar, knife block, etc, etc, back to original placement. Only later to discover the installer was covering up a torn arborite sheet that he damaged.
** Always do a thorough inspection with a fine tooth comb after the job is finished and only pay after confirming you're not being lied to or ripped off.

The staff are nice and helpful. They need more. I think they are spread a little thin.

The last two times I've gone to RONA, the cashier was sitting on the counter chatting with a friend or looking bored. The cashier is the first thing you see when you come in and the last thing on the way out. The fact that two different cashiers on two different days sat up on their counter, is very telling. Get them a bar stool or something, but that I'm-so-bored-I-could-pass-out vibe repels.
The location is awful. You can't get to Rona's from the South, you have to come in from the West. But the vibe has you questioning why you drove through a parking lot maze just to feel like you're interrupting the cashier's coffe break.
I asked a simple question, and bored-to-tears Cashier mumbled and pointed to Customer Service, which as it turns out, was the wrong place. However, Customer Service was great and got me what I needed. So I'll give half stars to them, and round up to.

Rona has great workers and most of the time you can find what you’re looking for. One of the lady supervisors seems special in her own mind. The computer system is old and you should be able to find what you need on the rona app
