What's great about this location is if they don't have what you need they tell you who does.

Great place to shop found a bunch of great deals and if you can't find what your looking for easy to find a sale person out on the floor workin.

Went in for a few items. I have not been in there in years because they no longer take air miles. Since 2 years ago. Does anyone take air miles anymore?

No free popcorn anymore, no need to go to the store when candiantire offers the same stuff and cheaper right across the road

Amazing customer service from reaghan, I needed a receipt tracked down from over 6 months ago. She went above and beyond in helping me get it from their systems, and was patient and helpful through the entire wait over the phone. Would highly recommend for any contractor, who misplaces project paperwork.

The staff are great. I had questions and they not only understood what I was asking but showed me other ways to accomplish want I wanted to do.

Had to wait an awful long time for the yard. The delivery semi was stuck in the loading bay. Would have been 4 stars if not for the wait

I asked for a lot of help and they went way above and beyond to help me even working after hours to help. Really positive experience.

I purchased some 4x8 wall panel that resemble Ford concrete, I had to sift through 11 of them that were quite damaged to find three that were acceptable. There were Staples sticking out the ends that could be dangerous as well as that's what was causing some of the damage

After searching Rona online looking for some outdoor cushions I found them at the Rona store in Lloydminster, I called to see if they could ship them to Saskatoon. The young lady I dealt with in seasonal was awesome to deal with and very helpful. Keith, the manager of the store happened to be coming through Saskatoon the following week and kindly offered to deliver the cushions, great customer service that you don’t often see anymore!

It's always great going there, I can find what I need and always bought a good deal. Thanks to the experienced and helpful staff who never hesitate to share their knowledge with you, they must have a manager who cares about the store and the customer.

Customer service has gone downhill in a big way over the past few months. The staff is extremely friendly however the evening customer service/order desk lady has been so Incompetent and unwilling to search items that I will no longer be going there. It's a shame because I did prefer them to home depot and home hardware

Slow service. Waited 15 minutes to get some paint, no one showed up. Left everything and went to Home Depot instead.

Easily the least helpful service in any lloydminster hardware store, except maybe Canadian tire. Save yourself a headache and try one of the many many alternatives in town.

Rona sold me Mystique shingles. I had to 'ask' for the warranty as the BP warranty was not given to me. BP is the worse company to deal with.they do NOT stand by their warranty at all! They have an on going 8 year class action suit against them that they have not resolved! And Rona knows this because when I was in their store asking for the warranty, which the clerk had to search for amongst his papers, there was a couple in there complaining about their very expensive shingles shedding grit. Mine are doing the same thing.yet Rona keeps selling these BP shingles knowing they are are Big issues with them. So. I've had to fight with BP who refuse to acknowledge the extreme grit shedding off my shingles; Rona says it's not their issue because they just sell them; The roofer says it's not his issue because he's only the roofer! What a chaotic mess this is for me and all the others that have posted reviews!

Nothing amazing but not bad at all. Never had a bad experience but never an experience I remember.

If your looking for knowledge and customer service, try home depot or home hardware where they have knowledge. I asked the commercial sales guys in rona for assistance for a roof vent and his reply was "I'm not a mechanical guy, I'm a stick salesman" I just walked away.

Terrible service. Under staffed. Left on hold waiting for assistance. Hung up after 10 minutes. Management should figure this out, or ask for a call back number.

The young guys in the lumber yard are amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my wood. Great job guys!

To the cashier who worked this afternoon I understand you are tired checking your phone while standing.when i approached you, you make face that seems like you don't want to help me. Stop making faces because you should be smiling and glad to serve.very disappointed!

Used to be okay, but the new manager is incredibly rude. Doesn't appreciate questions, responds with mocking and sarcasm. Refuses to do any more than is absolutely required. Front end seems more understaffed than usual. Finding way too many broken products. And stock is worse than ever - only white blinds? Only two basic doors in stock? We need a Lowe's.

We wasted a trip to Rona today. They are supposed to close at 8pm for summer hours but at 7: 20pm they had already locked the gates of the garden centre and were closing up.

Excellent products but the Rona Eco Paint is tricky, the color of the greys on the can are actually more blue than grey when you put it on the wall. Was disappointed in the color after it was applied and dried.

A joke if ur not young and beautiful itz basically screw u we ain't gonna help you ur on ur own won't recommend this place at all
