Ok so have you ever been to your gramps garage its got everything from the smallest nails and wood, things for pools, gardening, bikes stuff, automotive parts and oils, specialty oils, you could paint a car and build it from the ground up tires ok ok gramps garage is just like Rona medicine hat you feel like its home when you go there.

Ordered a chair online for curbside pickup. Checked in as instructed and waited for 10 minutes. Then went in and waited at customer service. They then had trouble finding my order. Ended up having to drive to the yard to get my item. So I got a good price on the item but pickup process for online purchases wasn't handled well.

Lyle at the customer service deserves 10 Stars, as does Deagan out in the yard. Both gave incredible customer service, well exceeding my expectations. Lyle helped me get the right things I needed to build my deck, and Deagan helped me sort through the lumber so I could pick out good boards, and stuck around to help me load em up. 10/10 for both the gentleman. I hope mgmt reads this, don't lose those guys. Will be back.

Pricings alright, lack of customer service though. Spent 15 minutes looking around the store for stuff and nobody seemed to notice. They were talking to each other and the cashier had her back to the door texting or something on her phone while walking in.

I tracked down an employee for help that said "I guess" alot.

Just didnt feel the real customer satisfaction here.

How hard can it be to order a paint touch up kit for an Orchard Park Kitchen? We started this process late January this year. The lack of knowledge and terrible customer service is unacceptable. The worst service imaginable! Our attempt to purchase this item has been frustrating and unsuccessful. First, we were disappointed that a touch up kit was not included with purchasing an entire kitchen and that we must pay $42.00 up front before we could order. The lack of knowledge began with Sherry, unable to find the correct info to place the order. We provided the date of our kitchen purchase and the finish colour, White Cap. The date of our special order was Feb/03/23. We have made 3 follow up calls since then and no responses. Finally spoke with Cathy (manager) on Mar/31 and she committed to calling the company on the status and calling right back to advise us. Guess what, no one called back! One thing Rona of Medicine Hat is consistently providing, is absolutely the worst customer service ever! Would love to hear from an actual employee that commits to making it wright with the customer. Won’t hold my breath.

Terrible service. I bought a Walnut colored flooring. I recieved something else with 6 colors in it. All the boxes were taped up because the 18 boxes were damaged.i couldn't complete my project so they promised me 6 more boxes, never heard back. After 3 months I am taking it all back. Disgusted with how I am being treated.
Update: I lifted what was installed and took it back never to return again. I met the manager Philip. I left with a Rona account and new flooring, lol, way to upsell Philip! You get 2 more stars for 3.
